this mod does not edit mesh or skeleton because i prefer to work with the texture and make the mod as precise as it can be to ensure efficient loads

I seem to be having a problem with compatibility. Does this need a new game to apply?
Im trying to run with the No Muscle Def but Thicc Shek are Fine and Yet Another Kenshi Nude Mod. Do i need to load them differently or start a new game?
