Exploration

New Kid On The Block
Created an I.M.P. merc.

Psycho
Chose a Psycho dialogue option 5 times.
These are psycho action I found in the game:

Did three morally bad things.
There are only 4 actions considered as bad things in the game:

• Hire Graaf as a mine foreman
  
• Kill Lurch and take his shotgun (If coffee bean's members see your actions, they will attack you)
  
• Meet Bastien in Refugee Camp and make him give you money
  
• Completed Right Hand Mand and side with Boss Blaubert

Hired Gus.
To recruit Gus, you need to recruit one old buddies first as you can see in his contact info. His buddies are:

Rehab
Helped Larry overcome his addiction.
You need to access to hospital in Sanatorium (H12) and use Cure Addiction for Larry.
To have access to hospital you need to

• Clear all enemies in that sector + underground then move to another sector and move back
  
• or Complete The Outbreak quest

Modding Expert
Installed 7 mods on a single weapon.
Note: Existing mods on weapon are not counted, so you need to remodify existing mods to unlock this achievement

Prizefighter
Defeated all fighters in the Night Club.

Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner
Chicken murderer. You need to kill a chicken to get this achievement (Lucky's chicken is not counted). You can find some chicken in Twin Manors (L18)

Hot Diamonds
Ambushed a diamond shipment and got the case. (Auto resolve is not counted)

Have a Level 10 merc.

A Fistful Of Diamonds
Controlled all sectors with mines.

All Your Base Are Belong To Us
Controlled 5 sectors with an Outpost.

Liberator
Earned at least 75 Loyalty in 5 towns.

Tactician
Controlled at least 50 sectors.

Field Training
Defended a sector with the help of militia without autoresolve.

Living Legend
Hired a Legendary merc.

Silent and Deadly
Killed 7 enemies in one sector without triggering combat.
Tips: Mfumu's Mine, Night
First you kill two guards stand at the border of the mine. Then you kill guard stand at the center and move away for 3 patrol guards notice the body and lost suspicious. After that you move back to kill guard patrol alone when he is far away from two other guards then move far away to lost suspicious. Finally use grenade or Barry shaped to kill four hyenas

Lethal Weapons
Killed 10 enemies in a single turn.

True Crit
Made 10 critical hits in one turn.
Tips: Machine guns + Hollow points (56% crit). So you only need 2-3 full burst to unlock this achievement

Just A Flesh Wound
Taken 300 damage in a single turn without any merc dying or getting downed.
Tips: Hire 20 mercs and take them to one battle then throw grenade to them. 2-3 grenades are enough to get this achievement

Overwatchmen
Made 10 overwatch shots in one turn.
Tips: Rescue Biff, Flag Hill, Port Cacao city battle (after the flip) have large enemy group so you can unlock this achievement easily in these battles

Friendly Fire
Hurt your own merc with the bullet that killed an enemy.

Blood Rain
Dealt 1000 damage to enemies in one turn.

Born Killer
Killed 5 enemies in one turn with a single merc.

Natural Sprinter
Moved a merc 35 tiles away in a single turn.
Tips: This achievement can be unlocked with Blood Rain and Born Killer.
Go to Port Cacao, wait for the spawn of the large group of enemies. You can Ivan Melee with Hit and Gun and Fast Runner perk to unlock this achievement

A Long Shot

Tips: Use MGL to kill enemy at max range

Conquered an Outpost without losing HP.

Martial Artiste
Conquered an Outpost without using firearms.

X Marks the Spot (Treasure Hunting)
Found Lucky Veinard's secret treasures.
You need to find more than 2 treasure before the chicken appear in K18, Treasure locations:

Note: You need to click on chicken until Lucky complain it then you need to talk to Lucky until you get a clue about treasure location before you can find the treasure

Find all clues in the refugee camp incident.

Found Madam Lecoq's diamond necklace. the necklace location is random between the chairs.

Diesel Power (Landsbach)
Solved the Diesel problem.
You need to find 6 clues to unlock this achievement. There are 11 clues:

• Siegfried's notes on his table
  
• Fuel tank near the mine
  
• Miner diary in miner's barrack
  
• Nightclub laptop on second floor
  
• Hack control in left watchtower near Landsbach dock
  
• Van near Travis
  
• Use medical merc (IMP and trained is not counted) to talk with Sieg's guard
  
• Talk to male village near fighting pit in Nightclub
  
• Sneak and hear Legion talk about Diesel
  
• Fuel tank in D10
  
• Lelee in Fleatown

After you gather enough clues, you need to find diesel and go back to Siegfield, expose him and refuse his offer.

Lone Wolf

This achievement can be achieved with Dynamic Duo and Bullet Proof

Note: IMP/Larry/Smiley/Flay/Pierre/Spike is counted as merc. So recruit them when you have another merc will lock this achievement

Tips: For this achievement, I used stealth build Ivan. I dismiss Ivan for repairing/modifying weapons/armor then recruit him back.

• Lure enemies to retreat then kill them and retreat.
  
• You can shoot directly to a door to unlock it
  
• You can use retreat to move to another sector without clearing current sector (Thanks @DeusVult Joker remind me about this)

The major battle tip
You can stealth kill 10 enemies before the fight so you can begin battle with 18 enemies left. This will help the battle become easier.

You can throw remote explosion near major camp and move back to southwest Machine Gun Nest of the sector. You also can throw some proximity explosion at the red circle in the screenshot to help battle easier. Reload all your gun with Armor piecing ammo then use remote to start the battle. Hide behind sandbags and kill enemies, if your stealth kill failed and you become exposed, you need to prone and hide again.
The Major battle (Ironman solo wolf)

Dynamic Duo
Finished the campaign while having no more than two hired mercs at the same time.

Bullet Proof
Finished the campaign without a single merc dying or getting downed.

Time Is Money
Finished the campaign before 1 MAY, 2001.
Tips: This achievement can be unlocked with forgiving mode, you can hire 3-4 squads to defeat 3 final bosses at the same time. 1-2 squads rush to the major after clear ernie village (dock)

Ironman
Finished the game on the highest difficulty settings: “Mission Impossible”, “Dead is Dead”, “To The Bitter End”, “Lethal Weapons” and no “Forgiving Mode”.

Follow-up: OK, I managed to get the Long Shot achievement with the MGL as you explained.

For the Long Shot, I have tried sniping beyond my range for more battles than I can count, used underbarrel grenades at maximum range, mortar, RPG. I have not tried the MGL yet (the special weapon that fires only grenades).

It feels bugged to me, but will continue trying.

I got the Say My Name achievement by, in order:
Made Bastien work for me in the Refugee Camp
Hired Graaf as a Foreman
Stealth Killed Lurch AND took out the Shotgun. I think the shotgun must be taken to trigger the achievement.

I just got the Say my name achievement.

I did the thing with Bastien and hired the Slavemaster. But i never met Blaubert and never went to Port Cacao.
But i let Biff die and executed Chimurenga after i refused to give him the Green Diamond. Then i slaughtered all communists by taken the mine. My guess is the execution was the trigger.

In Major's camp you can retreat up-until you haven't started combat. Therefore you can clear most of his men in a few stealth run. Just kill 3-4 peeps on the 4 south spot then retreat. rinse and Repeat till there is no stealth killable enemies left. At that point you only need to kill like 5-6 peeps up at the tent.

What about the 5 hidden achievments of the game. I uncovered one of them, take 5 times the psycho choice in a dialog

@Bortedet - For "Just A Flesh Wound", it DOES work using grenades on your own mercs. My guess is that when you tried it, you did not do 300+ damage in ONE TURN. It will likely require 2 - 3 grenades on a group of 6. More Mercs = less grenades required assuming you hit them all. In any case, I just verified this method myself yesterday, so it works up through patch 1.2.2 (October '03).

To anyone/everyone - Just wanted to mention that the "Psycho" achievement can be cheesed. Find any Psycho dialogue choice which remains available to say again and then spam it over and over until the achievement pops. I found this out because I was doing a run specifically for "Time is Money" and hadn't picked up Psycho yet. In my case, I used "Corazon H4: You are not talking your way out of this" from the guide above since I skipped or missed almost everything before that point.

Not like it's all that hard to get, but figured this might be useful information for someone at any rate.

Hello, I would like to share that attacking C7U is counted for "Say my name" achievement

[Shivan Reaper]

Apparently there are more than 4 morally bad things for Say My Name, as I just got it on a save where I kill the slave master and didn't kill lurch. It popped for me after forcibly taking the pantagruel mine, as due to some circumstances, I couldn't get it normally.
