Items with the Most Enchanting Capacity
От Earnest Frankson
This is a basic compilation of items with the highest enchant values. It’s made for characters that want to go full enchanting. It is more of a personal notebook rather than a guide, but feel free to browse. Just a heads up, this is an end-game type collection of items, so if you do end up following this guide, you might make the game uncomfortably easy. Or if you’re up for the challenge, collect the items the old-fashioned way. Proceed with caution.

This guide assumes you have a way to create top-tier enchantments. If you don’t, here are some cheat codes:
player->addsoulgem "golden saint" misc_soulgem_grand 1
player->additem gold_001 60000

In total, you can/will have 18 total items equipped all at once. Reminder that you have 9 quick-key slots on which you can bind items and/or spells.

Note that CE will increase capacity cost x5 during the enchantment process.
Note that putting more than one effect on an item will increase the previous effect’s cost by x2. Add another and it goes up by x3. It is best to just make a different item rather than stack a ton of effects on a single item.

Below, I have picked about 50 of my preferred effects or effects that I think are notable. Obviously they won’t all fit on the 18 items that we have. My recommendation is to use the Exquisite Amulet as the “swappable” item. Exquisite Rings are generally the best candidates for Constant Effects, so you don’t want to constantly be swapping them around.

Quick-Key Slots
To fill my 9 quick-key slots, in no particular order, I would go with:
1. Constant Effect Bound Weapon (Simply re-equip to repair. Don’t actually repair with armorer.)
2. Weakness to Magicka 100 for 1 second + Drain Health 100 for 1 second (Insta-kill most enemies with less than 200 hp)
3. Weakness to Magicka 100 for 1 second + Damage Health 100 for 1 second (For enemies with more than 200 hp)
4. Damage Strength 20 for 1 second on target.
5. Chameleon 100 for 3 seconds on self.
6. Constant Effect Invisibility on self.
7. Unlock 100 on touch.
8. Jump 50 for 2 seconds.
9. Levitate 1 for 20 seconds on self + Fortify Speed 50 for 20 seconds on self
Other items
Realistically, the 18 items aren’t going to have the exact capacity for your enchantments. If anything, they might have too much capacity. (And quite often, not enough). As a result, you would do better using items that have less capacity and less rarity. Chances are you will have plenty of these lying around, and if not, I’m sure you will find tons of them on your playthrough.

Expensive Amulet (15) expensive_amulet_01 (This has 3 variants: 01, 02, and 03)

Extravagant Left Glove (20) extravagant_glove_left_01
Extravagant Right Glove (20) extravagant_glove_right_01

Extravagant Pants (30) extravagant_pants_01 (2 variants)

Extravagant Ring (60) extravagant_ring_01 (2 variants)

Extravagant Robe (20) extravagant_robe_01 (variants: a,b,c,h,r,t,02)

Extravagant Shirt (30) extravagant_shirt_01 (variants h,r,t,02)

Extravagant Shoes (20) extravagant_shoes_01 (2 variants)

Calculated Effects
Here are my favorite effects. I ran them through a calculator to see how much they would cost.
The numbers in the Item column means that is one item with multiple effects. I did not calculate the compounding cost, but basically it is: Enchantment N costs X more, where X is the number of previous enchantments on this item.

Honestly, the most important ones, in my opinion, are restore health and restore fatigue. Once restore health and restore fatigue gets to 10, you should be nearly unkillable.

Oops, All Constant Effects
Here is a build utilizing all constant effects. It focuses on reaching 100 Chameleon, Fortify Strength 91 points, Night Eye 14 points, and a Bound Weapon of your choice.

You don't need the fortify strength constant effect. This can be buffed by sleeping on Corprus disease. I once slept 800 days next to an imperial shrine. Then hit the Heart of Lorkhan so hard with a Daedric Dai Katana, it broke both with one hit.
