Have you ever queued Team Deathmatch, and ended up in a game of Search and Destroy or Domination? Especially where you can't even leave the game? Well here is a very important guide on what exactly is happening.

Why is the game mode Search and Destroy?

If you queue Team Deathmatch and end up in a Search and Destroy lobby, you have joined a trick shotting lobby run by a modder. The purpose of this lobby is for the host to hit clips. The problem is that attackers can't even plant the bomb, and the snipers have five times the health.

So what should I do?

Leave the game IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT STAY!

It is VERY important that you do not stay for even a second on those trick shotting lobbies. The reason is that these snipers do not like being killed when attempting to trick shot, and can really mess up your game files and PC with RCE (Remote Controlled Executions) attacks, which is really dangerous for your computer. So if you queue Team Deathmatch and end up in a game of search and destroy, before picking a class, click escape and leave the game.

Why is the game mode Domination?

The reason you join a game of Team Deathmatch, and end up in a game of domination is because a host with a lobby tool is changing the mode. Typically domination games are run by snipers trying to hit "clips". These snipers love to lock the lobby meaning it is not possible to leave and as well love to disable a bunch of equipment and grenades to give them a huge unfair advantage.

So what should I do if I queue TDM and get Domination?

Check and see if you see my name in the lobby (Thomas), if you don't see my name, DO NOT PICK A CLASS, as it will lock you in the game an prevent you from leaving.

What if I picked a class and now cannot leave the game?

If you open the steam overlay (by clicking shift+tab simultaneously) there will be an option that says "Force Quit", click that and click OK and it will close your game getting you out of the lobby.

What if I queue TDM and see Thomas?

If you queue TDM and it's not TDM and you see my name, you have joined one of my lobbies, which I highly recommend staying in. I host lobbies that include 9v9 party modes such as domination, demolition, CTF, HQ, and sabotage, while disabling the grenade launcher and RPG as they're way to broken and unfair. The main reason I recommend staying in my lobby is that it is very safe from RCE attacks, and anyone cheating, I ban from the lobby making it a hack free lobby.
