Optional 4-3-3 version (recommended) against strong & superior teams where expected to lose or draw, more defensively rigid and seeks to exploit the left with a box-to-box wing back. One of three versions of the tactic.

This was the original version before I succeeded with the additional two versions of which the 4-3-3 Hybrid 3-2-2-3 Box Midfield IWB - Su iteration is now the standard version. Thus, information provided in the images for the In Possession, Out of Possession and Pass Map is no longer fully accurate as some minor tweaks and changes have occurred since writing the information in the images. The tactic as well as the other two versions are stronger now than during the 2 weeks of trial and error stage where the screenshots and writing of the information in them occurred.

More information and images will be provided when I have more time (on vacation and time spent on this is sporadic at best right now). Tactic is formidable with the right players. Team and Player Instructions are set in stone and should not be tampered with as they are essential for the tactic to function properly. Considerable amount of time has been spent on perfecting these three versions of this tactic.

Striker role is not static, I run it with three different types of versatile forwards of which two are capable of operating on the wings where two of them have personalised roles (PF - At and AF - At, DLF - At/Su respectively).
