Movement Oppoturnity

AI level refers to the likelihood of their movement. Every 5 seconds, an animatronic has the opportunity to make a move.
During this interval, a random number between 1 and 20 will be generated. If the number falls within the AI level range, the animatronic will be allowed to move.

If the AI level is 0, the animatronic will not move at all.

As the night progresses, animatronics can also increase/decrease their AI level.
