• What is H1-Mod?

  H1-Mod is a free-to-use game utility created by a team of independent modders. This mod is essentially a standalone client for the 2016 first-person shooter Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered (MWR). It contains a set of dedicated servers maintained by the team, a custom scripting interface for further customization, as well as a host of new in-game content.
  In adding a lot of new features and content, H1 really brings back to life the beloved online action game. Leveraging the remastered graphics and audio, it manages to add community-created content and provide a one-stop-shop for most of them
  

• Is H1 still active?

  Yes, H1 is still active and supported by Aurora[github.com] devteam.
  Average H1 online is 50-60 players
  

• Are cracked versions of MWR supported by H1?

  You must legally own Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare Remastered to run this mod. Cracked/Pirated versions of the game are NOT supported

• What is H2M-Mod?

  H2 Multiplayer Mod (H2M-Mod for short) is a mod for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered (H1) that aims to recreate the original Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer experience with new twists. The mod features a wide variety of maps, new progression, unique camos, remastered weapons, custom attachments, and more. The original MW2 killstreaks make a return as well, completely changing the way Modern Warfare Remastered feels and plays.
  

• How to play H2M?

  Unfortunately, as of August 15, 2024, mod developers received a Cease & Desist order on behalf of Activision Publishing in relation to the H2M-Mod project, so they are complying with this order and shutting down all operations immediately and permanently.

1. Preparing the main game

• Make sure that you own a legal copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered that was bought on Steam, and if you want to play on maps like Creek, Chinatown, Broadcast and Killhouse, you need to buy MWR Variety Pack DLC. Links to all this are provided below:

• After this step is completed, install Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered - Multiplayer from your Steam library

2. Installing H1-MOD

• Go to H1-MOD Github[github.com]
  
• Click the Releases tab (on the right)
  
• Download latest release h1-mod.exe file
  
• Copy this .exe file to your root MWR directory, for example:

• Launch h1-mod.exe manually

  ( don't use "Play" button on Steam, otherwise mod won't work)

3. First launch

• After you have launched your h1-mod.exe file, the Windows Defender Firewall pop-up will appear, make sure you press 🛡Allow Access and not Cancel
  
• At the first launch, H1-MOD probably would ask you permission for update (update pop-up will appear on your screen). If you see this pop-up, be sure to press YES
  
• if you have AMD GPU, click YES when shader cache pop-up appears, otherwise click NO

I can't because i don't own the Game :| that why i posted here and the new project Replaced H2-Mod are HWM-Mod (Horizon MW)

i already working on it to pack all it up, HW-Mod = 2Gb - Map Pack = 16 Gb

I apologize if this comes off antagonistic, I really don't mean to, I just wanted to point out some semantics. If you aren't updating this post with H2M-Mod (installation) information then you should change the title (if possible) and contents of the guide to avoid confusion. Just a suggestion, I am not trying to control you or anything.
