"Seagulls Aren't Real" Achievement Guide

An image guide with all seagull locations of the Crude Awakening heist for unlocking the "Seagulls Aren't Real" achievement.

Introduction

Hello heisters, this guide will show you where to find all the seagulls on the Crude Awakening heist. Since some of these seagulls are placed in some very sneaky places I have made this guide to help you find the ones that are a bit too well hidden.

There is a total of 22 different locations but the game will only spawn seagulls in 10 locations every time you play and you must kill all 10 to get the achievement. 8 of the seagulls will be in the area before the final area and 2 in the final area. You have to kill the last 2 seagulls before you blow up the oil drill as that will make the heist go loud, failing the achievement.

Boat Platform

[1] Coming up the left set of stairs from the boat platform, it's sitting on a railing straight ahead.


[2] Continuing left, sitting on the railing of a structure coming out of the back left pillar of the oil rig.


[3] Before you zip-line up, it's sitting on the side on a pipe going up.

Up on the Oil Rig

[4] After zip-lining up, there's one sitting on the railing underneath the stairs leading up from where the zip-line dropped you off.


[5] One is sitting on a high up pipe that's going past the admin office. (Same area as the previous one.)


[6] Up on a railing after exiting the lab and heading to the left.


[7] The next one is sitting on top of the crane's cabin by the helipad. It's best to shoot it from the electrical box that opens the gate to the south bridge.


[8] Sitting on the far corner of the railing on the other side of the helipad.

North Bridge

[9] This on is sitting in the corner behind a half-opened door to the right just as you come out to the north bridge.


[10] This one is sitting on top of the pipes going over the north bridge. you will only be able to see its head.


[11] Sitting on one of the big pipes before entering the break room of the pipe puzzle area.

South Bridge

[12] Sitting on some pipes. After going through the gate that you opened by hacking the electrical box, stand between the lifeboat container and the oil barrel and look up and to the left.


[13] Sitting on a metal beam underneath the walkway of the south bridge. Go to the lowered area of the walkway and peek through the step, facing the direction you came from.


[14] Go up the first half of the staircase and look towards the gas flare. It's sitting on the third crossbeam from the top to the right of the yellow pipe.

Pipe Puzzle Area

[15] Stand by the railing to the left of the crane and look to the left past the big pipes. It's sitting of the railing to the right of those pipes.


[16] Stand in the corner between the right side of the crane and the railing an look to the top of the AC unit atop the building. The seagull's head will poke out from above the AC unit.


[17] This one is sitting on the railing of the drilling tower.


[18] Go to the upper floor and look through the railing of the catwalk that crosses diagonally over the pipe area. The seagull will be sitting on top of an AC unit.

Drill Area

Make sure you have killed 8 seagulls BEFORE you enter the final area as the game will place only 2 seagulls in this area and you won't be able to go back until it is time to escape.

[19] Sitting on a pipe above the south side entrance to the drill area through the locker room.


[20] On a railing outside the drill area. It's best to go up to the floor above the oil pits and jump onto the railing to get a good line of sight on the seagull.


[21] Get to the uppermost catwalks and stand in the far corner opposite of Gabriel Santiago's room. The seagull will be sitting on top of the rooms. You will only see its head.


[22] Stand in the opposite corner from the previous location on the corner by the windows and look up into the opposite corner above. The seagull will be sitting underneath a pipe but above a floodlight by pipe H2.

Conclusion

And that's it. The achievement should pop once you've killed the 10th seagull.
