A horror game where you explore, and stop vandals, all while hiding from the guest.
In this guide, I will show you some secrets, tips, and some stuff you really need to know!

Lore

You, Quentin/Beatrix have taken a job at "Golden Apple Amusement Park" as a security guard. When you arrive, You check your map and go to the security department. But than the phone rings. You answer the phone. You go outside, Then you notice something about the statue at the mountain. Something or someone made the arm of the statue fall. As you wander inside the park, A creature known as "The Guest" runs past you.

The guest is probably the shadow man. According to "No More Fears" (an achievement in HN1), The shadow man can project your worst fears. Quentin could have a fear of crows, and the guest is just a fear. And it's definitely not the neighbor.
Unless he took a class or something, Mr. Peterson can't make crow sounds.
Maybe the shadow man can make those sounds, because I have no idea.

There was a golden apple in Hello Neighbor Alpha 4.
Maybe Tinybuild was teasing the second game in the series, I don't know.

Aaron (the neighbors son, which he locked up in the first game,) only appeared in a picture in the first game, Hello Neighbor 2 and Hello Neighbor Hide And Seek.

The neighbor's full name is Theodore Masters Peterson.

What you need to know

• Yes, there is fall damage in this game. Don't do it.

• Inside the security department, look at the left side of the door. There is a fire extinguisher there.
  
• You can use the fire extinguisher like a jetpack. Jump, Point the extinguisher down, And press Left click. Weeeee!
  
• If you hear a horn, Search for a building with fire. If you see a vandal kicking the building, That must have caused the horn to go off. The horn goes off if a building is getting vandalized. Go to the fire and spray the can at the fire.

• The guest doesn't like to be looked at. He will run away if you look at him. Use this to your advantage.
  
• Use a rope to trip the vandals/the guest.
  
• Catch vandals by shining a flashlight near them when they are tripped.
  
• After you finish your shift, You earn/lose money from your paycheck depending on what you did. If you left the shift early, You lose money from your paycheck. If you caught a vandal, you earn money. If a vandal caused damage, you lose money. If you leave work early, you lose money. If you take fall damage and get hurt, you lose money. If you finish the shift, you earn money.
  
• You can go to the store. You can get items including a rope, tea, gas can, extinguisher, flashlight, generator, light, keys (probably not unlockable unless you find one), cable, camera player, and a camera.
  
• There is a lot of secrets in golden apple amusement park.
  
• There is a dev console, but don't worry. I'll get to that later.
  
• If your stress is 140 or above, Drink tea, or you will be at risk of fainting.
  
• But what does tea do, You ask? Drink tea to lower your stress.
  
• You start with 60 (the minimum) stress. If you have 200 stress, You will faint. If you press tab you can check this.
  
• Also, you can press tab to check your inventory. At the top left is the remaining time of your shift. The top right is your stress. The bottom is your inventory.
  
• Speaking of inventory, you can only carry 7 items at once.
  
• Each paycheck is 600 dollars. Unless you do something stupid, like let a building get destroyed by a vandal.
  
• Beat the game by finding a way to get to the white sky building and going through the gap.
  
• The person who broke the statue was not the guest. It was A Vandal. Did you guess it?

Items and what they do (not fuse items)

Fire extinguisher
Extinguishes fire and works like a jetpack.

Flashlight

Light
You can place it on the ground and connect it to a generator with a cable.

Rope
You can use it to connect something, or to swing across a gap.

Generator
You can connect it to stuff with a cable.

Gas Can
You can refill generators with it.

Cable
You can connect this to a generator, than connect it to a light, or the machine in the red house.

Tea
Use it to reduce your stress by 30.

Battery
Click dead cameras to replace the battery.

There is a shop in the game!

In this section, you will learn the secrets of getting fired. FINALLY!


Start a new game, than go to the security department.

Than go outside and trigger the statue cutscene.

Than sit in your house and do nothing, and let the vandals do their thing.

When the shift ends, Instead of your total money being shown, What should appear is...

"YOU'RE FIRED!"

Just click on the screen to start again.

Secrets

I highly reccommend you don't do this next part if you are new to the game.

If you press Up arrow Down arrow Right arrow Left arrow 8 (not on numpad) you will get this secret dev console. Told ya I would get to this part.

YOU NEED TO BE IN A SHIFT TO DO THIS

Anyway, There's a lot of cool stuff here. I will list all the cool features here.



Immortality - Duh.

Invisible - The guest can catch you but can't see you.

Ghost - It's broken and doesn't work...

Walk - Also broken.

Teleport - Teleports you where you look at.

DisableVisitor - No more guest! Woohoo!

DisableVandals - No more vandals too! YEAH!

EndGame - Teleports you to the end of the game.

EndTimeSession - Ends the shift like the shift time ran out.

EndSessionSleep - Ends the shift like your stress reached 200.

DeathPlayer - Ends the shift like you took fall damage and got hurt.

GameSpeed - Changes the game speed.

ChangeShiftTime - Self explanatory.

ChangeStress - Also self explanatory.

ChangePlayerSpeed - Again.

ChangeMoney - Can set your money. I'M RICH!

TakeItem - Crashes your game.

GuestPaths - ?

GuestPlace - ?

ViewNav - ?

ViewCollision - ?

Sorry, I don't know what the commands in the debug section do.

Secrets (continued)

There is a secret fusing generator in the yellow sky building in front of your house. Let me explain.....

WAIT! You need a generator, 3 cables (2 for generator, 1 for light), a light, and a lot of items. (light optional)

First

Go infront of your house.

Second

Check for a yellow building.

Third

If you find it, Aim for a window. (It's gray and doesn't have a texture)

Fourth

Up, Down, Right, Left, 8. Aim for the window, Than press 8 (not numpad).

Fifth

Press player, Press immortality, than teleport.

Hold it.

Theres probably another way to get up there rather than cheats. So you can also do that.

Sixth

You are now in the crafting generator room. Give yourself a pat on the back.

Seventh

Get out your generator. Connect 2 cables to the fuser. If you have a light, point the light to the fuser. Connect the cable to it.

Now I will show you the recipes and how to make them.

Fuse recipes

If the generator has 2 question marks on the screen, It is on.
Try inserting 2 cameras into the generator.
Pull the lever.
Wait 3 seconds.
Now you will see that you have made a vandal!
The vandal is rolling right now, but soon he will be t-posing.
Onto the recipes that I am aware of.

This part is the recipe and what it makes.
This part is what the fused item does.

Rope+rope = basket
functions like a locker.

Cameraplayer+cameraplayer = Helicopter cameraplayer
controls the helicopter

Camera+Generator=Helicopter camera

Camera+camera = glitched vandal
Rolls around than comes to a stop.

Flashlight+fire extinguisher=super flashlight
Better (in some way that i don't know of) than a regular flashlight.

Key+tea=Guestvision4000.3
It lets you see the guest's perspective.
Thanks to fioretfioret.2000 for finding this.

Tea+tea = extra sugar tea
The tea thats so sugary, that time slows down! Now at local fuser machines

Camera+wire=Useless camera that has a lighter color
A camera that isn't really a camera at all. You cannot mount it to walls, or use it with cameraplayer.

Camera+rope=Balloon camera
Place it on the floor. It needs batteries, though.

Flashlight+flashlight = hatlight
its a flashlight thats on your head.

Extinguisher+extinguisher=super extinguisher
2x more fuel and power

Flashlight+Monitor=Radio
Doesn't do anything besides remind you of HN1.

Battery+battery = broken fuser
the fuser breaks until you reload your save.

Generator+generator = super generator
can hold more cables and has 2x more run time

Fire extinguisher+cameraplayer=???
It is unknown what this does.

Tea+gas can=longer lasting tea
Tea can that can be used 4 times.

Extinguisher+rope=guest statue
Does nothing. looks cool though. The model is a hello neighbor 1 box but it is placable.

theres another thing you can do...
they call it "unfusing" but i call it
gnisuF
because its fusing backwards. So you can insert a fused item to get the materials you used to fuse that item back.

Getting keys

WHERE IS THE KEYS

Go to the second floor of the office by using console or using a fire extinguisher to propel yourself.
Now find the key on the floor.
It... It's that easy. Yes.

LEGALLY

illegally Printing Keys

So basically, you can print keys with the machine in the shop.
You need money, though.

YOU CAN ONLY BUY IT ONCE PER NIGHT!

AND THE PRICE INCREASES WITH EVERY NIGHT!
