How to use OBS as a soundboard!

The Installs

You'll need OBS, which you probably have


















You'll need EarTrumpet, Download through the Microsoft Store


















You'll need any browser, Chrome or Edge should work, make sure it's one you dont use.

You can also install VB-CABLE for a virtual Mic, i can't link it however.

Setting up your sounds

Open OBS and in the sources tab, press the Add button

















Add "Application Audio Capture (BETA)"



























Then, name it however you want




















Choose a window to capture the audio, then press "OK"


















In your audio mixer, find the Audio Capture


















Click the three dots, and then advanced audio properties.







Find the dropdown menu saying "Monitor Off", and then set it to "Monitor and Output" (I unfortunately cant upload an image at this time.)
Then the next step!

Rerouting to your microphone

After installing Eartrumpet, you'll find it in your taskbar, but not as a window.







Click it, and find the browser you want, and right click the browser icon, then click the two arrows in the corner







Select the input from there, and make sure it's an INPUT, that way it connects to your microphone, Usually a virtual mic.

And it should be done!
