Please refer to this updated guide for 2.0+ that covers the major communist paths for authoritarian and democratic communist playthroughs. The guide on page you are currently on is no longer being updated. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2753065764
This guide was originally written for version 1.9 of the PC version. To prevent confusion from Google Searches, I have removed its content.

I've consolidated the guide to an authoritarian communist playthrough and the guide to a democratic communist playthrough into one guide. Here it is. This guide will no longer be updated. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2753065764

ETA is when it's done and when the balancing updates have cooled down a bit.

This guide is for an earlier version of the game. I make no guarantees about how it will work on this version.

The Soll constitution is not powerful enough to purge the general staff of the fascist old guard.

@Mystya this guide is written for a previous version. It won't work on this version.

You can also Protect Sol constitution with the old guard... and once Ricter is out of the picture, no need to bring it back. You can now go full communist comrade.

I'm not sure if this is just me failing at it or the last update changing a lot of things but:
- I wasn't about to purge general staff
- faced the Great Sordish Recession
- and ended up in jail after facing a military coup...

Some feedback:
- I don't get why the guide is saying allying Wehlen is a good idea. Bluds are very angry about this.
- Also, I allied PFJP rather than the NFP (it makes more sense to me if Anton is really a die it makes more sense to me if we really are die hard and former Red Youth member to NOT ally with NFP) and I passed the constitutional amendment without any major problems.

It's pretty hard to embrace the communist way, even harder with the last update from my experience...

Seems a lot more complicated than being Malenyevist through a more democratic-reformist path tbh (I ended up doing that during my first playthrough, which was completely blind)
