Overview of Copycat

How does the perk deck work you ask?
well for cards, 1 3 5 and 7, they are customizable with these 4 options :
Card 1 : +20% Max HP
Card 2 : +5% Increased Armor
Card 3 : +5% Increased Dodge
Card 4 : +10% Crouch and bag carry movement speed

You can choose and combine different cards to better suit your playstyle, which is what copycat is trying to imply, it gives the user different variations of the normal perk decks they use, because the last card or the 9th Card allows the user to select a Pre-Selected Card from each of the Different perk decks, and these are Pre-Selected to prevent very OP builds being created. The main point of copycat is to make some bad perk decks really good, and good perk decks bad, which is what it did well, except some perk decks that are bad, are still bad. It balances some perk decks very well like for example the Burglar card increases your dodge by 20% and gives you a lower chance to be aimed at if you crouch, a improvement over the regular burglar perk deck, or for example it gives you the very useful Prospect card from biker, giving you the ability to armor gate if you or your crew get a kill which is very insane if you ask me. and these 2 perk decks I mentioned were normally bad perk decks, but now turned to actually viable good ones, well only from their cards.

Copycat's cards 1 , 3 , 5 , and 7 each come with a unique perk,
Card 1 : after getting 10 kills from your primary or secondary, you have 3 seconds of an almost instant weapon swap speed.

Card 2 : hitting a headshot heals you for 10 HP, this cannot occur once every 2 seconds. (Side Note : the heal on headshot is not blocked by berserker, so goodluck using berserker with this perk LOL)

Card 3 : Dodged bullets will ricochet back to the enemy who shot it. (Deals the same damage and is funny if a sniper shoots you if your using a copycat dodge setup lol)

Card 4 : If your health goes below 50% HP, you gain 2 seconds of Invincibility. Cannot occur once every 15 seconds (DOSENT STACK WITH ANARCHIST INVICIBILITY)
