Intro
We all know that feeling when we get camped or tunneled by a killer. Well in this guide I'll tell you how you can use that anger to do something productive instead of crying in the end-game chat.
Step 1: Holding and channeling your anger
After a bad or misfortunate match you most of the time want to trash talk the killer, saying how bad they are, and how they need to "touch grass". That might seem like a good idea, but most of the time you're gonna be looking like a complete clown. It's much better to hold that anger, say gg wp, turn off dbd and go do something you like. Going on walks, playing board games, watching your favorite series are just some of the examples of releasing your anger and channeling it into something productive. After some time you can hop on the game again and enjoy the dbd experience.
Step 2: Repeated enragement
If you see yourself often getting angry at the game, then its maybe best to turn off your computer for more than an hour or two. Repeated anger is bad for you and you should do your best to combat it. Uninstalling the game, taking long breaks, and acceptance (check step 3 for details) are some of the ways to combat this and maybe even get rid of it. At some point you have to ask yourself "Why am i even playing this? It only makes me unhappy, and sad. So what's the point of playing it?" Blaming it on "toxic" killers is the wrong move. If the game makes you unhappy delete it, simple as that.
Step 3: Acceptance
If by this point you haven't deleted the game or you haven't solved your repeated anger issues then this step is designed to help you. At some point you have to realise that you aren't the center of the universe so killers aren't gonna adapt their playstyle to fit your needs. Accepting that it's just a videogame, and the killer is just trying to win is really important to achieve this step. If you take it personally that's your fault not the killers. Maybe play killer for a month, you'll see that killers who aren't nurse and blight struggle to keep up with good teams who play optimally. Instead of saying how bad these killers are you'll realise that they're just playing the game, and doing their objective.

If not, well i wish you luck. Accepting and understanding why killers tunnel is a skill that all survivor players should achieve before complaining about it. I hope i helped you in your dead by daylight journey, and i hope to see you in the fog!
