Unlocking the framerate
1. Go to settings
2. Enable VSync and hit Apply
3. Disable VSync and hit Apply
4. Restart the game

for me, I have to adjust the resolution scale slider to get vsync to enable/disable. vsync was on my default even though it was unchecked in the options for me. But if I check vsync, then move the res scale slider to 101% and then apply, then it will actually toggle vsync, then I just change the res scale back to 100. (it doesn't do anything above 100% right now anyways)

go to nvidia controlpanel select game disable vsync and set maxfps to 1000.
no mouselag no vsync unlimited fps.
