2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Language and Time

4. Click on Language and Region

5. Click on Administrative Language Settings

5. Click on Change System Locale

6. Changing the Language or Toggle on Unicode

Toggle on the Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for Worldwide Language Support

or

Change any kind of language which uses special letters like Japanese or Chinese to any language which uses latin letters like English (US) or Czech If you want.

Then restart and It should have work fine.
