You can cook more than one coffee bean raw and dirty water at a time. For example, if you cook two dirty waters, you will get two waters.

Agave is found on canyon tiles, they're pointy green plants. Honestly, I missed them the first time thru a canyon tile lol.

Just a comment about Flour- you can also get more on a regular basis at the Farm, and at the Ranch if you placed the Ranch tile. Fertilizer bags will respawn every few days on the porches outside, Flour will respawn every few days inside the buildings, They seem to respawn at the same rate as the clay deposits do on those tiles.
