Intro
Tired of seeing this every time your PC boots up?

Well, you definitely don't want to uninstall Adobe Flash Player because you need it in order to run Ninja Kiwi Archive, but how do you get rid of this annoying popup?
Disabling the Popup
Step 1
Press the Windows Key + R so it brings up the "Run" window in the bottom left. Copy and paste:
taskschd.msc
into the text box and press Enter. This will bring up the Task Scheduler.

Step 2
On the left side of the Task Scheduler window, click on the "Task Scheduler Library" folder. In the middle of the window you should now see a list of different tasks (you may have to make the middle part wider to see a bit better). Near the top should be two tasks:
Adobe Flash Player PPAPI Notifier
Adobe Flash Player Updater

Right click both of these tasks and click "Disable". In the "Status" column it should now show that the tasks are "Disabled" instead of "Ready".

Step 3
Annnd you're good to go! Now you can restart your PC and never have to see that annoying popup again!

I haven't confirmed that these steps work, but it looks like they should, good stuff. Alternatively, you can uninstall Flash using Window's Uninstall process. Ninja Kiwi won't be affected since it makes a more local copy of the Flash files it needs to run.
