D77-TC Pelican

The D77-TC Pelican was primarily used in the UNSC-Covenant War, and is the one seen in practically every Halo game due to them all being centered on said war.

The Pelican is 18 blocks wide and 21 blocks long (22 if you count the turret barrel at the end)
It goes 81.3 m/s & can house up to 24 crew, with a recommended amount of 11.

Its quite compact with very little wasted space, and while it may not look the best, its better than a cube with the words "PELICAN" on it (looking at you, John..!)

I think I did a good job anyway, only issue I have with it is that the cockpit is too far back, but thats because the turret needs to be accessible.

And finally, It requires a mod because without it, the engine and laser blaster on either side of the ship will be inaccessible to the crew!
