The amigos

There is 7 amigos in the game:
Guapo
Chorizo
Chicharron
Boom Boom
Oluso
K-9000
Champagne

How to get Guapo

1. Guapo
You can get Guapo in the third operation mission in game: Juan of a Kind . Guapo is the first amigo you can get.

How to get Chorizo

2. Chorizo
Chorizo first becomes available after you complete the "Meet The Monteros" story Mission. Once you've done this, go to Chorizo in his kennel near the Construction Office. You will need to complete two Side Quests in order to unlock him, one to put food in his bowl, and the other to see him demonstrate his knack for revealing treasure for you.

How to get Boom Boom

3. Boom Boom
Unlocking Boom Boom as an animal companion requires completing a Side Quest that only becomes available after completing the
"Meet Maximas Matanzas" Operation in Valle de Oro. A note left in the local Guerilla Base gives a clue on where to start.
To get Boom Boom you need to complete Bom or Bust Mission.

How to get Chicharron

4. Chicharron
Chicharron is unlocked after completing the "Meet the Legends" Mission in El Este. Once you've done that, you must complete a series of three Side Quests where you help Chicharron deliver sweet justice to the FDA along Vacia Coast.

5. Oluso
Oluso is the only amigo who is unlocked by completing tasks all over Yara.

How to get Champagne

6. Champagne
You can't get Champagne for free, you need to buy the Vice Pack (included in the Far Cry 6 Gold Edition/Game Of The Year)

How to get K-9000

7. K-9000
You can't get K-9000 for free, you need to buy the Season Pass to access the far cry 3 blood dragon set (included in the Far Cry 6 Gold Edition/Game Of The Year)
