What do you mean with "run a server" ? Do you mean choose a map & game mode and start a match? Then yes! People can make their own "rooms" (lobbies/matches) for people to join. But if you mean the server source code to host your own private servers, then no. I have no plans to EVER release the Servers to the public. I have my own 24/7 server opened that is available for anyone to play at any time.
