how to find the weightless torch

this guide will show you where to locate the weightless torch in skyrim
As pointed out by some comments below, this torch also enables full dynamic shadows.
Console ID# 00036343

go to the boat

assuming cultists have already attacked you, go to the boat man and convince him to take you to Solstheim

Solstheim

Once you have arrived on Solstheim, go to the location on this map

Hrodulf's House

there are two enemies here upon arrival
kill them

now go to the basement

Basement

Once in the basement, there are two enemies
show no mercy
kill them

now interact with the interact able bookshelf

a few short steps and the weightless torch is on the ground next to a shovel and a pickaxe

conclusion

now you own the weightless torch. You can now hoard it in a chest full of other unique items for eternity. I think this is the only weightless torch in the game. If it isn't and you know where another one is please let me know in the comments and I will update this guide. thank you and goodbye

Two online sources told me the ID is 00036343 (or just 36343 as any zeros at the beginning of an ID are optional). Loading the game up now to check.

Confirmed, "player.additem 36343 1" will give you Hrodulf's weightless shadow torch :)

i didnt know it had dynamic shadows. dont know the console id# unfortunately. I saw the yt video you mentioned and i mainly made this guide since i couldnt find much information about this torch online at the time.
