(It's important to note that while usually the combined meals like Culture Shock increase the bonuses of the ingredient meals, this is not the case with the Broker's Table, as it decreases purchase price while the Seed Sausage necessary to prepare it increases selling price. The tooltips are correct).
When calculating the prices, the game rounds down a 0.5 (so e.g. 141.5 is 141, but 141.6 is 142).
I made my own table on trade goods too. From that I can confirm your findings that
in Cortia, scrolls and silver sell for the most,
in Marheim, pelts (unless Brownrock really pays more),
in Garussa Clan, gems, pottery and woolen cloth,
in Gosenberg, amber and gems and
in New Asthelm, pottery and spice.
Gems and pottery can thus be sold for the highest price in 2 locations. From there on, it's only a question of margins (see below).
I haven't tried selling everything at the Edoranian Border Crossing yet so I don't have all the numbers. Buying in Gosenberg really only pays off when all buffs are active. In Stromkapp, nothing can be sold for profit really, things should only be bought there.
