1. Download a skinpack
Go to gamebanana.com or any other site you trust and download a skin.
2. Open CS Source Files
Open Steam, then go to library select Counter Strike Source and click on Properties. Now Click Browse Local Files. Follow the path shown in the photo.

If the folder my_custom_stuff doesn't exist, just create it.
3. Paste the Skins
Create a new folder and name it the skin that you want, for example Awp and paste the files of your skin into it.

I rent a server, i want if players join my server they automatic download my skins. i want 1 skin for whole ct player skin and 1 skin for whole t team. how this works?
