All Smithing Perks Spell Tome

This is a very simple mod that adds a new Spell Tome that gives you all Smithing Perks at any Smithing Level.

It should work with almost any mod,The Spell Tome adds the perks to the player.

Reset Smithing and still make all levels of weapons and armor.

You can use the spell as often as you like it is a lesser power.

if you don't find the Spell Tome in your inventory,you can find it in Helgen Keep on the floor near the warden's chest in the room with the 3 beds on the ground floor.

You will also find a Spell Tome to Summon Alvur a Blacksmith,he is Alvor's twin brother and lives and works with Alvor in Riverwood,you can find him there.

You can summon him any where any time,to buy and sell he will return to Riverwood after.

When you reset smithing you should still have the Smithing Perks,exit the skill menu and reenter to check.,if not you can use the Spell Tome to add them again.

This mod does use the Helgen Cave quick start if you start a new game,has no effect on a saved game.
