Why does The Mangle have 2 right hands?

Is the other right hand a spare?
All Foxys' right hands are hooks, except for The Mangle. Though, since The Mangle is positioned in Kid's Cove - a place where toddlers and younger children go - it would make sense for the hook to have been removed, and replaced by a left hand, but where would that be?

It could just not be on the model, and placed in storage due to the "take-apart-and-put-back-together" attraction that they were converted to. Or even used as a spare part for either Toy Bonnie or Chica, obviously painted over as the colo(u)rs wouldn't have matched.

The hand could even be backwards on the model. Maybe I'm looking too deep into this.
