Chapter 2 - Quarantine

This chapter has one weapon mod:


Directly in front of you after exiting the server room.

Chapter 5 - Familiar Halls

This chapter has one weapon mod:

After turning off the corrosive gas and jumping off the conveyor belt, jump back up to another conveyor belt on the right:



The weapon mod station is next to a worker bot:

Chapter 6 - Crucible

This chapter has 3 weapon mods.

In a server room after exiting the sewers:



On the right of the vault door room, between two smokestacks on a metal shelf:



Before riding the magma flow mixer, press a hidden button behind the 3 conveyor belts:



This will open up a door on the catwalk with a secret miniboss. Defeat him for a weapon mod:

Chapter 7 - Off A Rail

This chapter has 2 weapon mods.

On Platform F:



In the room with two turrets & the charging heavy bot, behind a potted plant:

Chapter 8 - Nyx

This chapter has 2 weapon mods.

Behind the first boulder, after clearing the two Carvines:



After dropping a boulder to clear the vines on the floor, swim directly down before moving forward:

Chapter 9 - Heart Of The Forest

This chapter has 2 weapon mods:

In a cave to the left after exiting Nani's Grotto, guarded by a Jelleye:



On Nani's boat after finishing the chapter.

Chapter 10 - The Diplomat

This chapter has 3 weapon mods:

During the battle, as close as you can get to the populated area of the city on the Church's side, opposite a Kauboi wall:





During the battle, on the shore of the Collective's side of the city:



At the end of the chapter, sitting on a crate next to your boat.

Chapter 12 - Pescatarian

This chapter has 2 weapon mods:

At a branching path with an opening on the left and a Uvula on the right:





Pull the uvula and teleport to reach the opening before it closes:



After exiting the big fish, walk past a launch lily in the ravine to find a weapon mod station:

Chapter 13 - A Friendly Reunion

This chapter has 2 weapon mods.

In one of the Aetherback huts:



Before following main the path with the 3 horizontal geysers:



Turn back and go left for a platforming challenge with deadly spikes. A weapon mod is your reward:

Chapter 14 - Assembly Required

This chapter has 5 weapon mods.

Hiding in an open shipping container after exiting the train:





In the hub area behind the statue:



Near the exit at the end of the Extraction sector:



After the combat arena in the Synthesis sector, through the doors next to the first aid stations:





In the Testing sector's dark warehouse area, guarded by a heavy robot:

Chapter 15 - The Vertigo Initiative

This chapter has one weapon mod:

Take the large elevator in the Deep Labs to the Multiverse Labs floor, then send the elevator back up and exit before the doors close.
The synthesizer is hidden in the elevator shaft:

Chapter 16 - Realmwalker

This chapter has one weapon mod:

In the tower basement, aim a laser from the left puzzle through the right puzzle door, hitting the gyroscope and revealing a weapon mod:

Chapter 17 - Degenerate Matter

This chapter has 2 weapon mods:

In the North-East corner of the arena, floating above some shipping containers:



In the South-West corner of the arena, through a marked hidden passageway under the cracked ground:

and typing devmode
