How to Install Mods on Steamdeck

Step by Step guide to Installing Mods on Steamdeck.

Download the Mod

Simple download the Mod how you would do on Windows:

Step 1:
Link: https://mod.io/g/shapez
Chose whichever Mods You want

Step 2: (Repeat this Step for all the Mods you want to Download)
Press the Download Button on the Page of the Mod

Step 3:
Extract the .js file of all Mods.

Find the Mod Folder

Now you have to Find the Mod Folder on the Steam deck.

Step 1:
Navigate to this Location:
/home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/

Step 2:
Search for shapez.io

Step 3:
Find Folder with these Properties and Open it.

Step 4:
Congrats!!!!! You found the Mod Folder.
Open it.

Copy Mods to Mod Folder

Step 1:
Navigate back to the .js file you Downloaded in the First Part.

Step 2:
Copy it into the Mods Folder.

🥳 You successfully installed Mods on the Steam deck.
Now hope All the ones you chose are Compatible.

So I tried to look for shapez.io but NOTHING came up idk what I'm doing wrong. If I look up just shapes with an s a whole buttload of stuff pops up

yes as far as i know using mods disables achievements. But i think there should be a Mod witch enables them again. just search mod.io

Mr Nili, could u hepl me pls.. after installing 1 or 2 mods I'm not able to get any achievments.. it seems I was getting 6-7 achv. before and is that because of mods right??
