As for the first image, I like Oblivion, but lets not pretend that the class system (attributes, major/minor skills) added anything positive to the game. Combined with ridiculous enemy scaling, It's just about the worst, most counter intuitive system I've ever interacted with.

Skyrim gets old after finishing the main story and dlcs, then it just feels soulless, and this is coming from a guy who first started playing Skyrim and has 100's more hours in Skyrim than Oblivion, honestly idk what I liked about that game. Mostly people play with mods in Skyrim which is why anyone is still even playing it, but I like to play Oblivion without mods

I have never just always turned into a stealth archer in oblivion. Happens everytime in skyrim. I also never started as a mage in oblivion and ended the game as a stealth archer.

skyrim is good but painfully generic
oblivion has charm and is the best open world game ever

You can choose any class you want and choose your skills at any time in Skyrim, which isn't exactly a bad thing. Maybe you're not sure what you want to start as. Oblivion's DnD class/skill style isn't bad either.
I think the loading screen part is rather silly, as I think we're all running systems fast enough there shouldn't be enough time to read what's on it.
I like the map style of Skyrim better, but I like how you can even fast travel to parts of towns/cities in Oblivion.
I prefer the journal/quest entries of Oblivion better - I like how it is more detailed.
As for inventory, I like Skyrim's better as it separates items better, and you get a visual of the item and can inspect it.
I do have a lot of hours in Skyrim, and not many in Oblivion as I started TES with Skyrim and am working my way backwards through the series.
