Yes, that's basically it, buy these faces, buy the entertainment items, improve your room and use the auto-clicker to make the purchase easier, but there is a little trick for you to get these items without dying or losing progress.

what do you mean trick???

Basically when you go to play, at some point there will be toilet paper rolls spinning around your face (yeah hahahahaha it's pretty random) DON'T CLICK ON THESE ROLLS and leave the mouse under your face clicking, collecting the items and so on finally getting the 99 achievements.
