How to get the high hat achievement!

What you want to do for this achievement is go to Esther Winchester, now before you fight you will want the heart ring charm as when you parry you gain health, this well be helpful as Esther is hard even on simple difficulty. You can get the high hat achievement by playing on simple. The reason you fight Esther Winchester is because she only has 1 minion in her first phase. Take it carefully and watch the right side to make sure your bullets don't kill it, the minion will like like a small horse with wings. once past her first phase you continue on and you will get that high hat achievement.

TL;DR
Play as cuphead with heart ring on simple in high-noon hoopla and watch where your shooting in the first phase.
