the models in this mod do not load
the same goes for the 100 kingdoms

So, ether this mod, the City States one, or both have a memory leak. I tested an Age of Sigmar game and it hovered at a comfortable 50% memory usage. A Conquest game on the same map using these models steadily consumed more and more memory until it neared 100 and became unplayable before crashing.
