True Poem - a translation

My English translation of the poem and the 2 cutscenes.

Introduction

True Love ~ Confide to the Maple ~ (真恋~寄语枫秋~) is an ambitious and popular Chinese visual novel that took 2 years to create and has a playthrough video on Bilibili with over 100,000 views. Even though the main content of the novel has been translated to English, their cutscenes remain untranslated.
I will happily use this opportunity to make a contribution to this epic novel, and translate from Chinese to English every text and lyric in the cutscenes.

There are 2 cutscenes and a poem. One cutscene, which I'll call Opening Cinematic, appears at the very start of the game, and another, which I'll refer to as Interlude, appears in the latter half of the story. The poem shows up twice, the first time the final (4th) line is missing.

Translations are all in the videos. The Quotes and Lyrics sections are for reference and additional information. The videos contain slightly different translations, as I tried to make them shorter and more natural so that it's easier to follow while watching. Translations in the sections below are supposed to be more faithful to the original Chinese text.

Note: this was hard to translate well. Literal meaning: "Unfortunately, the blessing has already withered following the forest['s withering]." But this doesn't sound nice in English.

Opening Cinematic: Lyrics

The song running in the background is called 枫海 (fēnghǎi), or Maple Sea, referring to the two main characters, Fengxi and Haiyin. The song's first half reminds me of the soundtrack from Life is Strange. Maybe it sounds a bit like Santa Monica Dream by Angus and Julia Stone?
But this song becomes more triumphant in the second half as our hero tries to flip through (翻遍) all his memories looking for crucial ones.
The two notes at the transition, 因为 (yīnwèi), reminds me of 青蛇 by 七朵组合, which has a similar transition.
In any case, this song 枫海 is about our main character Hengyi struggling to recall the past. This is due to some trauma to his heart caused by his kindness. Yet remembering the past is key to his romantic development. You'll have to read the visual novel for more.

I added the pinyin, translation, and made some corrections:
枫海相连的那一边 -> 枫海相连的那一点
有多久才能飘到你的身边 -> 有多久 能飘到你的身边
那是出现在梦中的落叶 -> 那是出现在梦中的画面

It is true that 落叶 (fallen leaf) makes a lot of sense:
那为何还是如此珍惜
"Why do you cherish [the leaf] so?"
因为那是出现在梦中的落叶
"Because it's the leaf that appears in my dreams."

But listening to the .wav version of the song it sounds much more like 画面 (scenery), as you can clearly hear the h and m in 画面 (huàmiàn). On top of that, the singer tends to pronounce 落叶 as louye instead of luoye.

Note: 重 means heavy. A life (生命) that's 重 refers to one that carries weight, i.e. great significance. The antonym is 轻 (light), as in 轻薄, see passage below. It seems to be a reference to the novel The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera. source[www.yamab2b.com]

Interlude Cinematic: Lyrics

The song is called 永恒的等待 or Waiting for an Eternity.
Actually quite an uplifting song that fits everywhere. It shows up mid-game after an important plot reveal, but also as the ending song to some of the endings. It would probably make a good trailer song as well. Like the opening song, it's about Hengyi's remembering his past involving the two girls.

Some parts of the poems I am not sure about:
Does 梦星 refer to some kind of thick fog 梦星雨?
Does 平月 refer to a flat moon? If so, what does this mean?

Pinyin Converter

For the pinyin I used Chinese Converter[www.chineseconverter.com]. I corrected its obvious mistakes, and removed redundant spaces:
着 zhuó -> zhe, 为何 wéi hé -> wèihé, etc.
For the jyutping I used Cantonese Tools[www.cantonesetools.org]. The result looks alright.
