[ENG] Finishing Touches

I hope I was able to translate my German guide into English in an understandable way. :-)

I love this game! And if, like me, you're obsessed with collecting all the achievements and completing your guide to 100%, this guide might save you some time and effort.

Here we go!
In order to get the achievement "Finishing Touches" we need to use "Ancient Magic" against every type of enemy in the game.
According to our guide, there are a total of 69 different enemies in the collection.

That sounds like a lot of work!
But what we don't know about the PC version is that only 34 of the 69 enemy types are relevant to this achievement!
I found this out because I saw the trophy counter on the PS5 version of the game.
In addition, one of these 34 enemy types, the "normal" mongrel, is not even listed in the manual's collection.
So this achievement can quickly become frustrating for PC gamers...

The following list now lists all 34 different types of enemies which you must use ancient magic against them. All of them, up to the "normal" mongrel mentioned above, are easy to find in their hiding places and bandit camps.

One tip!
If you want to refill your old magic bar quickly, just go to an Inferius hideout and don't set them on fire, but rather attack them with your standard attack.
Since the Inferius are practically invulnerable, you can quickly increase your combo and the magic bar will quickly fill up again.

@renoushka , unfortunately, there is no way, you should create a checklist and check ones you're 100% sure you already hit them with ancient magic and then find and hit every other enemy from the list (obviously, better to do it from the start of the game, but no one thinks ahead).
One advice - you should do it with a Poacher Animagus in her wolf transformation - apparently, it counts instead of any other enemy from the list.

Thanks for this list! Do you know if there is any way to find out which ones have already been completed? I am at 83%, so I have used ancient magic on maaaaany different enemies throughout the game, but I didn't keep track...there are probably a handful or less left on the list for me to use ancient magic on, before I get the achievement, it would be nice to know which ones.

So I’d had all the enemies done except a River Troll and a Venomous ambusher, I’d ancient magic defeated a Poacher animagus in wolf form and got the achievement nontheless.

PS: if anyone wants to do it properly, Venomous ambushers are encountered in the Phoenix cave. I’d not seen them anywhere else.

For REALLY high damage attack, acquire 'Maxima Potion Potency' talent and drink Maxima before you strike with the ancient magic - the damage of such a strike will be 3 times higher than the regular one. This way you can one-shot even high-level troll.

honestly wish "ancient magic" work to add extra for affects to spells used, with a burn all bars for high damage attack like you do to the troll in hogsmeade

Hi, I suddenly got the achievement WITHOUT using "Ancient Magic" against a Venomous Ambusher spider (the last one from your list, I never even met this kind of spider, it's absent from my enemies list!). I got the achievement after using "Ancient Magic" against Animagus, but when she was in her WOLF transformation! So I think you can miss any enemy from your list if you use "Ancient Magic" against Wolf Animagus instead.

The only thing i'm missing now is a Venomous Ambusher spider (pinkish-grey ones that shoot webs). Any idea where can I find one? Thanks.
