                   Explore a vast island complex to uncover Halo's secrets.

The Silent Cartographer: Evolved is a ground-up reimagining of the classic Halo level, featuring all-new environments, a finely-tuned gameplay sandbox, and a wide array of well-hidden secrets.

Upon its original Custom Edition release in 2015, TSC:E became the highest-rated map ever on Halomaps[www.halomaps.org], and currently maintains a 9.9 out of 10 rating on ModDB.

TSC:E's new MCC edition has been painstakingly adapted by the map's original developers, including full co-op support, a complete visual overhaul, and thorough touch-ups for other MCC-specific features, like controller rumble and ultra-wide resolutions.​​







Note: This is not the modified SPv3 version of the map, which was dramatically altered without the input of TSC:E's core team. This is a faithful adaptation of the original level, by its original developers!

mid mod. the normal and easy difficulties are literately hard as a scam. The enemies kept over shooting you, and only has a fewer aid kits which there hard to find. would not recommend playing this again. tragic. :steamthumbsdown: :steamfacepalm:

I noticed if I obtained over shield with low health and went back to the warthog to heal, it would remove my OS and go to standard shields w/ full health. However if I were to continue forward with the OS at the waterfall/tree sanctuary area and took the health pack from the first brute hunter totem, my health would remain and retain the OS levels. Just making a note as I further test the mod. I do quite enjoy the gameplay, mechanics and environments utilized. Great overall map design and fluidity with multi pathways and utilities.

hey I fell through the earth during the first cave area and found a picture of chief flipping me (or halo 5) off. That's funny and all but I got a checkpoint as it happened and I'm stuck. If this was intentional then piss off, but otherwise, maybe put a teleporter down there so I can get back cause I can't go anywhere and it's decently far into the level for me to restart. Great map overall, I was smiling the whole time up till I uh... you know.

Awesome this still gets updated. The improved animation tag release on moddb is a godsend for my projects. Marines with flamethrowers are SICK.

Still as good as always, I also have the version on Custom Edition. It's a shame how SPV3 ruined this map, I think the OG design is way better.

It's crazy that a level of this polish and size is even possible in Halo CE's engine. It's a dramatic change from the original level. I love it and can't wait for more.

10/10, what stood out most was the impeccable level design, first run through the island feels so sprawling, and every new area opens up a new sightline on old or new areas.
