Current Team receiving the blessing is the team you set up for the Main Quest.

I know I'm late to this party and this has been helpful but it doesn't answer a related question. On the Blessed page in the area the section where Current Team receiving the blessing. Where is this default team coming from. I've recently managed to acquire an S Angel that is worth slotting in my main team taking the place of Hilti, Powerful Mage. I'm looking the the future since Hilti is capped at 110 and I now have Storm Witch at Silver. I've been trying to run comparisons but the default benefit is lousing me up as it shows Hilti as the best option but 5000 CP but when I go in an look at other places they appear to be more or less equal at 109 and 3 Silver Stars each unless I look on the main Heros page which continues to show Hilti higher even with me swaping gear around. What is generating the default Team for this page?

This helps answer some resonance questions, thank you! The game does a poor job explaining some features (this being one of them). I was able to sus out the blessing part, but was still at a loss on Resonance.
