Getting Started
You'll need two programs to mod Peppino and the Noise's colors, being the UndertaleModTool, linked below, and a photo/sprite editor of choice.
https://github.com/krzys-h/UndertaleModTool/releases
(You'll want to download "GUI-windows-latest-Release-isBundled-true-isSingleFile-true.zip")

Once you have the program, you should be able to navigate to your game files by right clicking on Pizza Tower in Steam, going to manage and browse local files. Here you should find "data.win" which you can open in UMT. If not, you may need to drag it onto UMT's .exe file. (Your anti-virus may detect the program, you may have to add it to an exception list).

With UMT open, you should have an window similar to this. Ensure that you see the route to your game files at the top of the window, and then move on to the next section of the guide.
Backing Up Files
Here, you can choose to either back up the entire data.win file (82MB), reverify your games files, or back up the specific files you plan to change. I personally just back up the files I edit, so if you want to back up the data.win, simply copy it somewhere else and keep it, skipping making a second copy in the steps below.

To back up the specific palette files for Peppino, we'll use the search bar in the top left and search "palette" and find under the "Sprites" tab, "spr_peppalette".

After finding the palette files, double click on the text in the "Textures" tab to open the full spritesheet.
Simply press "Export" to send the default files to a folder of your choice, both so they can be modified and stored as backups. Make 2 copies of the file, so you can modify one.
Editing the Palettes
Now that we have our palettes to edit, I'll go over what each color you change actually changes.

This is what Peppino's palette looks like. The different columns are the different clothes you can choose from, with the first being the placeholder, so avoid editing that. The empty ones are for the outfits that are patterns instead of just colors (of which I don't know how to edit yet, maybe another guide when I figure that out)

From top to bottom, these colors are:
1. Outline, Hair, Shirt, and Pants
2. Tanktop (Main)
3. Fake Peppino's Outfit
4. Skin (Main)
5. Eyes and teeth
6. Skin (Shading)

Unfortunately, I do not recommend changing the 1st color unless you use near black colors, as you may end up with colors that look like this.

Using your editor of choice, change the colors to whatever you want, then move onto the next section.

EDIT: How to edit patterns
As of the 2/28/23 update, patterns are much easier to access, simply typing "spr_peppattern" they are all simply listed there, and can be edited similarly to the main palettes. Keep in mind that your pattern may be misplaced if it is a different size than the original, so ensure that you use a similarly sized or resized image.
Importing Back Into the Game
Now that we have our edited palette, we simply need to put it back into the game. Using the same method you used to export the palettes, hit "Import" instead and add in your customized palette. Now in the top left, hit File and Save and it will open a window where it should be automatically sent to the right place, and you just have to confirm to save it. Your custom palette should now be added into the game and can be played with. Make sure to keep backups of either your data.win or your individual file to make sure that if you mess anything up, you can always go back.

And with that, you should have a fairly comprehensive idea on how to mod custom palettes into Pizza Tower. If I find more, notably where the patterns are stored, I will make another guide on modifying those.

Don't edit the colors farthest to the left, thats the palette the game uses to determine which colors to change.

Ok, so I did everything in this tut, but when I entered the game all of Peppino's clothes were yellow.

You've also either closed or made an exception in your antivirus?

You've tried both opening it by double clicking on data.win in Pizza Tower's game files and opening it manually via UTMT's own exe then drag and dropping data.win onto it?

Well good on you for being a bit more savvy with the UTMT. I wouldn't have been upset if you linked it yourself, but here's your guide for anyone interested.

"I can tell you how to change Noise's palette back to its normal colors, but customizing it doesn't currently work"

Didn't consider that, that would make it far easier, thanks.

1. Thank you, I wouldn't have guessed Gustavo's would be under "ratmount." I'll try to remember to do some testing later then add it to my guide, though it'll definitely be harder having to run to and through Gnome Forest every time.

2. Yeah, as I wrote in the guide at the end of "Editing the Palettes" all of the "spr_peppattern[number]" sprites are the patterns, and can be edited.
