Intro - Ursa Union
The level cap for the BBS guilds are twenty members.

So, after a little unlocking, you are prompt with a message of "Ya have to join a guild" or "Create your own guild." Here's what you should do, since being in a guild is mandatory.

Though ya can go "loan wolf" or just take your time, before you leave the temporary guild to find a better one to join.

Note: Help me find and fix any misinformation, grammar mistakes and misspellings. Thanks in advance. Also, sorry in advance if I get some extremely basic information wrong or accidentally omitted, it's because my guild is mostly inactive, except for a few people (like me).

Don't forget to:

Da Benefits

After joining or creating a guild, everything that ya and your fellow guild members and/or what you do will rake up points for your guild will give ya more prizes at the end of the week. Including Orbs, they're a good Orb resource. The guild's rank only affects the chest rewards.

  • The guild gets particle effects.
  • Increased bonus pwn-age in PVE, Guild Quests, singleplayer quests and such.
  • Coin Discounts

Welcome To Da Guild

This is a tiny tour of what one will see after they create a guild or join a guild.

Request Aid

This is mainly for the Guild Quest, ya or your guild mates will send an SOS for assistance to help with completing it. Doing this will make a team up involving tickets, ya both can get extra tickets by sending requests.

Guild Effects

This displays the guild's effects stats.

Guild Members

This will show all of those that are in the guild.

Guild Details

This shows the guild's stats, illustrious leader and the invite/search/leave button.

Guild Quest

This will take ya to the Guild Quest activity menu. Here you can set up your team for either Normal or Hard mode.

Earn rewards for yourself and points for the whole guild.

Notice Board

This shows the guild's moto and its' logs.
For Both Leader And Member
Once ya join or make your own guild, you won't be able to go back to your guild-less status. You will be encourage to make or join another guild.

One can talk with the other guild members in the chat, just set the chat to Guild Chat.

Both of you can invite others into your guild.

Leaving

If ya want to leave your current guild for whatever reason, just click on the Guild Details and scroll down until ya find the Leave button. Yes, even if you're the "Illustrious President for Life", you can also give your newly created guild to an underling officer and leave or disband it.

Some guilds requires approval before joining, this means that you'll spend a wait period in your old guild, until the approval processes finishes.

ACCEPTING AN INVITE

If ya want to join a guild via invite, like your homie* is a host and wants to bring ya over, be sure that you toggle the "Allow Guild Invites." on. It's in the settings.

To toggle on the click on Options, scroll down, until you see the "Allow Guild Invites." And switch it on.

* Just go by "You both where separated, because ya started playing the game at different times."

Heads Up

This is an old screenshot.

Notifications for your guild will occasionally pop out in the main menu, the red white exclamation point sign is mainly alerting ya when someone new joins, the guild got the weekly rewards and such.

Socializing

To talk with the rest of your guild peers, click on the Dialogue Balloon, it's located at the upper right hand corner next to the cogs. Once the chat opens, click on the Guild Chat tab and click on it.

Semi-cheating, since I already set this to ONLY "Guild Chat."*

It may look like the logs, but the huge difference is that you can chat.

* Note: The only reason why I do this, was because the General Chat and Arena Chat are a bit like the Team Fortress 2 text chat, there's scammy links advertising free stuff. But it's a trap in a million ways. The only important "Arena Chat" are requests that appears in the Guild Chat.

Arena Just Arena

While Arena is calculating the final results, the abilities to change, create or join are disabled.

Hiccups

Beware of glitches in the system, mainly gamebreaking bugs, like getting banned if ya did nothing wrong. - Mainly due to weird algorithm goings on.

Point Score

Be aware that ya will lose points if you leave your guild and they lose points. - Don't worry about that, if ya find a better guild/make a good solo guild. You can regain those lost points. All that matters is your happiness.

This all depends on several factors, like your guildmates on contributating (especially with GQs) or if ya form friendships with them.
Request Aid - More Details

Aid Points

If you want to help all of your guild mates that posted, click/tap the Aid All.

Each time you help each other, your Aid Points racks up.

Rewards

Stamina tickets

One Aid Point equals one ticket. So, if ya help a bunch of your guild mates, you'll get tons of tickets.
Illustrious Leader - Role
Ignore Belle and Enchantress, I am too lazy to draw Squad 8 counterparts.

You can appoint Officers to help you manage the guild.

If you're "inactive", a tiny "coup"* will happen, you'll be kicked out and be "guildless". This will only happen, if you don't log in the game for 2 weeks. The computer will either give the guild to your appointed Guild Officer or the longest serving member.

* This is probably a computer thingy, there's no people involve.

Roles

Ya can appoint or dismiss Guild Officiers, approve requests from newcomers that are seeking to join, make a successor and even move to another guild for whatever reason (Like serious reasons, like no one joins or you lost your old guild).

Menu

This is different from the member's menu, ya can edit/change the guild name, emblem, change the leader (In case, you want to bail) or outright disband the guild.

Others

Edit Guild Name

Edit Emblem

Change Leader

Disband Guild

Search/Invite

This button is one of your friends, you can use it to invite and search for people to join your guild.

Your Reign

Before Sunday's reset, check the weekly scores. That way you can determined who to kick and who to keep.

Remember you need to be active yourself, not just by doing activities (like GQ and ER), you need to communicate with your guild mates. If using the Guild Chat doesn't work or a is bit inconvenient, set up Discord or Steam Chat, for this. - This is handy if you and your guild mates want to bounce back and forth between B and A.

Be aware that some of those that join, may leave on in an hour or day later. It's because of the mandatory joining and they want to either go Coyote Stark or join their dream guild.

About Merging

Merging guilds is mainly managing two or more guilds. One needs to negotiates and team up with the leaders and officers of other guilds to do this. Ya need basic chat apps/social sites, like Discord, Steam Chat or even Reddit. If ya and your negotiators have huge ambitions.
Guild Trappings

So, you've decided to make your own guild. Congrats. All ya need to do to make it fashionable is:

  • Name of guild.
  • Create your emblem.
  • Pick your colors.

Name Generators

Here's a few name generators to get inspirations or to use for your own guild.

Fantasy Name Generator[www.fantasynamegenerators.com]

Guild Name Generator/Clan Name[www.nickyee.com]

Cool Generator[www.coolgenerator.com]

Emblem

Semi-cheating, since I am not a guild leader and this is from the actual in game guide.

Here, you can designed your guild's emblem, like the background colors and logo icon.

The Reset button is for you to go back to your previous emblem design.
The Hammer's Capabilities

Don't be afraid of using the banhammer, since ya have to beware of modders and griefers, especially when your guild gets into either S Rank or A Rank. It doesn't matter if they're some "Robin Hood trying to help Sprouts" or they're a "Aiden Pearce wannabe." It's because KLab does a banwave of people, just to get rid of the modders. But it will occasionally get innocent gamers caught in the crossfires. - It's due to "accepting" stolen goods (It's gonna take a while for KLab to listen to your appeal and rescue you or they won't). - So, ban these troublemakers.

Since bleeding heart script kiddies, griefters and modders can destroy your guild in a Thanos snap. The last thing that ya need is your guild gone and all it's members banned.

In a non-anxiety causing flip side, don't be afraid of kicking inactive members and getting new ones. Assume that they're long gone. To prevent this/lessen this, put a note on the Guild Notice for if people wanna stay, they need to remain active.

That's why there's some that decided to take a leaf from Coyote Starrk and do a one man guild or when a "coup de tat" happens, the new leader kicks most/all of your guild members out.
Productive Member - Role
Invite

Even though, you're not the leader, you can invite friends to join the guild that you're currently in.

Pressure

Don't feel pressure to do the GQs. (Though to prevent this, research the guilds to see if they match your play style or just go solo.)

Note: Just do enough to not get kicked out, especially if the policy is "Do Guild Quests daily." Or something similar.
All By Myself, I Stand Alone

President of Los Lobos.

This chapter focuses on being a "lone wolf" and how to manage your solo guild. Remember, you're now both leader and member. To do this, one has to make sure that you toggle things, like "automatic joining." Off.

Now don't worry about not receiving benefits, you'll get the perks as time goes on, like lower costs, increase PVP damage and other things. The game just gives XP anyway.

Ya won't get kicked out of your own "Primera Espada" solo guild, if ya haven't log in for weeks/months on end. The kicking is mainly a guild guild problem. - Whether its other people or the game glitching out (The other chapters mentions the conditions for these cases to happen).

It will be tricky to obtain stamina tickets, because in an active guild, it's easy to get them by helping others . But in a solo guild, ya have to do other activities. Like losing a ton of Brave Battles, waiting for stamina tickets to respawn, doing the first weekend of co-op/ER to get them as rewards, buying from the Exchange Shop.
Multiplayer Modes

If you're in a multiplayer mode, like the Epic Raid example here, you can send a single invite to ask your guild mates to come and lay the smackdown.

This message should appear

Completing

After completing the round with a guild mate or two. You will gain bonus points for your guild and a few extra items.

Multiplayer Modes Set Up

These are a tiny collection of guides on how to host a room in these modes. Either the guild leader or member can do these.

Miscellaneous
No-Guild

Occasionally, there are those that are "guild -less", they either have a guild with the name "No Guild" or they are doing something against TOS, since there's little to no legal ways to go incredibly lone wolf. - As what is mentioned earlier, there's a difference between a solo manned guild and a "No Guild."

The one of the rare but legal "No Guild" is when KLab is showcasing a new feature or tutorial thingy about the game.

Numeros

The "Numeros" are in a nameless individual guild, they got kicked out for whatever reason from their old one and the game makes a guild and gives it strange set of numbers for a name. It's for to keep the fun stuff, like Guild Quests and ranking benefits, accessible to all gamers. To stop being in this "status", just spruce the place up or try to re-join your old guild, if you were kicked out by accident.

Crossfire

If ya gotten ban, due to getting caught by false positives, go to KLab's tech support, be polite and don't give up on your appeal.

Troubleshooting Tips

There's a weird glitch and that happens randomly, mainly when one makes or joins a new guild, then clicks on the Guild Quest icon, the screen goes black blank, except for the loading music. The game basically refuses to load up (This also plagues other game modes, not just GQ).
Try waiting it out for it to fix itself up or play on mobile, the Guild Quest will load up after some long minutes or click on "Repair Resources." (Note: The transferring of accounts to new devices, playing on different devices that are sync or even restarting the game doesn't work at times).

Another guild glitch is when they kick ya out of your own guild and makes a new guild all ready for you.
