The Football Manager February Update - Transfers

Released on: February 15th 2023 - Includes 22.785 changes

This is the February window update of The Football Manager Update for Football Manager 2023! This update adresses more than 87.000 changes to the original FM23 database.

FMU 23.4.1 Headline feature
This is the second update that concentrates on the winter transfer window. After our first update that concentrated on the big leagues, we have now concentrated on leagues that have recently closed the transfer window.

In this update ALL leagues from our previous update have been updated as well and covers all transfers up to February 14th.

In this update we have added fresh and fully updated leagues
Turkey - Superlig
Turkey - 1.Lig
Switzerland - Super League
Switzerland - Challenge League
Slovenia - Prva Liga
Serbia - Mozzart Liga
Romania - Casa Liga
Hungary - OTP Liga
Czech Republic - Fortuna Liga
Croatia - Supersport HNL
Albania - Kategoria Superiore

The Football Manager Update Main Features
Added missing players & staff members (Hansi Flick)
Added the Ajax staff (40+ staff members)
Missed transfers from Nov 1st up to Feb 14th
Missed Loans from Nov 1st up to Feb 14th
Contract Extensions up to Feb 1st
Manager changes
Updated heights / weights
Stadium names / capacity

@middlewicket - these are only cosmetical. They don't add anything to the game, so therefore we don't add them.
@Juan Domingo - That isnt possible as the World Cup takes place during the first season in FM23.

transfer values are all wrong - Fernandez has signed for Chelsea for 8m! also jorginho to arsenal is for 50m... stuff like that
