The saving is kinda not obvious so here's the guide

How to save your progress

• When in game, go to the leftmost room with a broken mirror
  
• Click the note icon
  
• Click Data save

How to load your progress

On the title screen you can just click the Load button.
If you need to load the progress in game, you can go to the broken mirror room and select Data load.
