Starting Notes
You need to complete all 16 puzzles and then finish the final challenge to deactivate the reactor to win. 72 "hours" in game translates to 72 minutes.

Note:
From the beginning, make a note of the demon masks you find inside and outside the motel and what way they are oriented (ex. facing South East). You will need this for a puzzle later and it is easier if you have already noting them as you go.

Note #2: The toxic tide will prevent you from accessing areas of the map. When the tide is down you will want to prioritize looking for the blue & purple password over the order of the puzzles here. The Secret Passage and Car puzzles also require that the tide is down.
Puzzle #1 Symbols

The host will need to describe (or screenshot) the symbols on the wall to the other player. The other player will then click the correct symbols in their room. This will unlock the door for the host and award the Synchronized achievement.
Red Password & Key
Now that the host is free into the motel, they should prioritize finding the red password. It will be a red question mark on a piece of paper. Flip the paper over to read the password.

The red password terminal is on the main floor of the motel in this nook area. Enter the password to reward the Hacker achievement.

Click the button on the terminal to do a reaction puzzle to unlock the key. Take note of the room colour codes for Room 2 & 3.

Go back to Room 1 to collect the Red Key using E. This will award Key Maker (or unlocking it on the terminal... I forget).

Open the door to Room 2 using the colour code and this will release the other player and reward the Lockpicker achivement.

Puzzle #2 - XYZ
This should be happening while the 1st player is hunting for the red password and unlocking the door (it is in room 2 with the second player). Finishing this puzzle will activate the red pillar on the main floor of the motel.

Open Room 3 using the colour codes from the red terminal and then interact with the terminal inside the room with the red key to gain control over the freshly activate red pillar.

Puzzle #3 - Main Entry
Next you will want to open the main door permanently so you can both come and go. Just outside the area with the red password terminal is a yellow and purple button. One player needs to hit the yellow while the other hits purple and this will temporarily unlock the nearby door.

One player need to go outside to the opposite side of the red door with the 4 numbers coming on for short periods of time while the other stays inside. Both players need to interact with the puzzle. The player inside needs to quickly type the numbers first (from top to bottom, left to right) and then the outside player needs to type them before the time runs out.

Once this is complete, the main doors on each side of the main floor of the motel will stay open.

Note: The next priority is the blue and purple passwords but depending on how long that took, you might need to wait for the toxic tide to lower. There are two other puzzles you can do if you need to wait to venture farther from the motel.
Puzzle #4 - Input Fan
On the main floor of the motel next to the main entry door puzzle is a red fan cycling through numbers. One player needs to interact with the puzzle while the other one stays close by to read the numbers. The player that interacts will need to quickly type multiple sequences of numbers dictated (or screen shared) from the other player. Enter the numbers in the order that the fan spins.

Puzzle #5 - Jigsaw #1
You might have noticed that there was a jigsaw puzzle in Room 1 where the host started. Both players need to interact with the puzzle and rotate all the pieces correctly within a time limit.

Once you're done you will be awarded the Eagle Eye achivement and a piece of a code needed later for the Sign Machine. Make a note of this code.
Purple & Blue Passwords / Keys
The purple password can be found in one spot inside the motel near the machine you can toss drinks into for crafting materials, otherwise it will be outside. The blue password will always be outside.
Use the map in Room 3 to locate the passwords!

Note: You can interact with password from across the map. Don't stress about how to climb the motel or mountain just point and click! Remember to keep an eye out for demon masks on the outer walls of the motel as well.

The blue password terminal is on the outer wall of the motel on the side facing the fence. Type in the blue password and then unlock the blue key as well as the secret passage. For each one you will need to do a short puzzle. Make note of the Room 5 door colour code.

The purple password terminal is back on the 2nd floor of the motel, next to Room 3. Enter in the password and unlock the purple key. Make note of the Room 4 colour door code.

The blue key is back in Room 2.

The purple key is around a corner down from the purple password terminal.

First you will need to lower the red bars to get access. In order to lower the red bars, go within view of the red pillar you unlocked on the main floor and scroll the mouse wheel.
Puzzle #6 - Jigsaw #2
After grabbing the purple key, you'll notice that there is another jigsaw puzzle on the wall. Much like the first one, work together to rotate the pieces within the time limit. Remember to make note of the code piece you receive at the end.

Note: Prioritize the secret passage/basement puzzle while the tide is down. Depending on how long it took to find the passwords, you might have to wait until the next cycle to complete the basement.
Puzzle #7 - Secret Passage
The puzzle can be done anytime after unlocking the blue and red terminals. One player needs to go to Room 3 and interact with the map on the wall (click it then press TAB).

The other player needs to crouch using C to enter the secret passage that opened in the staircase between the motel's 1st and 2nd floor. The person going to the basement should be comfortable with platforming.

The player in the basement will need to click the button on the macabra drink machine to get drinks. Drink them with E. The more you drink the more pixelated your screens will get and the harder the small platforming challenge will be. You shouldn't need more than 4 drinks likely but take what you need.

The player in the basement will need to throw drink bottles through green holes using the F key (holding it down charges it up!) but the player in Room 3 will need to first start the timer and tell them where to go using the map on the wall they are looking at. Use shift to run and space bar to jump to the moving platforms and throw the drinks. Try not to fall in the toxic water otherwise you will respawn back upstairs and you will need to start all over.

Once you are done, the car key will unlock. Grab it and go back out of the basement.
Puzzle #8 - The Car
This puzzle also needs the tide to be down and you will need the car key from the secret passage challenge. Only one player needs to take the car key to the flipped over car beyond the fence. Hit the numbers in the correct order a few times and you will be rewarded with the final password of the game.

You won't need this until all other puzzles are done so write it down and save it for the end.
Puzzle #9 - Memory Test
Next, open Room 4 using the colour code you got from the purple password terminal. Inside is a memory puzzle that both players need to participate in.

Each of you will interact with one of the terminals. The symbol you need to match will show in the centre between both of your sides. The goal is to memorize where each symbol is located and have you both click it. Quick screenshots are your friend here if you're struggling. The puzzle will get easier and easier as you go. Once done you will be awarded the Never Forget achievement.

In the same room as the memory challenge, around a corner is the terminal you can interact with the purple key to activate control over the purple pillar (which is on the main floor of the motel). There is also a labyrinth but just ignore this for now.

Puzzle #10 - Demon Masks
Go back to Room 5 and unlock it with the colour code from the blue password terminal. Inside is the demon masks puzzle. Hopefully you have been taking screenshots, or making notes about the orientation of the demon masks throughout the motel. You should find 5 of them.

Click each mask to rotate them on the wall. Rotate them to the point that they match the orientation they are elsewhere in the motel. Once you have 5 lined up, just click the last one and it will eventually be correct.

If you haven't found them all, you'll need to go hunt them down. They will be inside or on the outer wall of the motel. They will not be farther.

When you complete the puzzle, you will earn the Good with Faces achievement and it will unlock a small door in the wall to the right of the masks.
Puzzle #11 - Balance Test
Crouch using C to enter the new room. Both players will be needed for this challenge. Pick a side and work together the lift the bar to get the ball into the square that is lit up green. Try to keep the ball moving slow as it approaches the hole otherwise it might still go past. Communicate and try not to move the bar too dramatically. You will need to navigate the ball many times within a time limit in order to continue.

Once complete you will be rewarded the Two Muscles, One Brain achievement and another door will open in the room.
Puzzle #12 - Labyrinth #1
This room you just opened by completing the balance challenge is the other side of the labyrinth you saw earlier in Room #4. One player will need to enter the newly opened door here while the other returns back to the other side. One player will control up and down and the other will control left and right. You can tell who will be who because the arrows are shown on the wall. Work together to hit all of the red squares before time runs out.

Once you are done you are rewarded with the Anywhere Together achievement and the blue pillar will spawn in the main floor of the motel. The terminal for controlling the blue pillar is also in the same room (beyond Room #5) so make sure to interact with it!

Puzzle #13 - Spinning Targets
Detour back to your starting rooms (1 & 2) and click the drink machines to get 10 drinks each. Drink them using E and go back to the main area on the 1st floor of the motel. Behind some red and purple bars is a pillar that is spinning with macabra symbols on it. You might need to lower one or both colours of the bar depending on where you left things. Scroll your mouse wheel over the colour of the bars you need to lower to do this.

You will need to repeatedly hit red macabra symbols within a 15 second timer by throwing drinks (press and hold F to throw). The pillar will keep speeding up so if you do it together it will be easier (only if you are playing in the same region, otherwise lag can screw you up - tag team instead).

If you are having trouble, you can throw some drinks down on the ground next to the spinning pillar and go back for more drinks before starting. This way if you miss you can quickly grab more drinks off the ground without losing time searching for the ones you threw.
Puzzle #14 - Jigsaw #3
Now that you have control over all 3 pillars, you can access Jigsaw #3. This jigsaw is behind the red password terminal and has purple and blue bars blocking it. Scroll your mouse wheel over the blue and purple pillars until the bars disappear.

Rotate the pieces together and collect your final piece of the sign machine puzzle. Don't head there yet though because that puzzle is not active yet.
Puzzle #15 - Labyrinth #2
Down the hall from the blue pillar and between the crafting station and the power-up station is another labyrinth. You will likely need to adjust the pillars to lower coloured bars to be able to enter the rooms.

Much like the other labyrinth, each player will interact with one side of the labyrinth, from two different rooms. Check the arrows on the wall to know who is controlling up/down and who is controlling left/right. Finish hitting all red squares before the time runs out to send power to the machine.
Puzzle #16 - Sign Machine
Use the patterns you noted down when completing the jigsaws to complete this puzzle. If you forget a pattern, you can go back and check and it will still be in the bottom right corner of each jigsaw.

When you finish this you will earn the Big Secret achievement and a new area will open in the small pool on the other side of the motel and another will open in Room #1.

The secret passage to the 3rd floor in Room #1 will only open if you have completed all 16 puzzles. If you missed one, finish it now to reveal it.

The Final Challenge
One player is going to need to performing a tough platforming challenge while the other player will be the navigator (and will also have a reaction typing puzzles after). Whoever is most comfortable with platforming needs to head to the entrance that opened in the pool outside. Stand on the symbol on the floor, this is an elevator that the other player will control.

Remember the password you got from the car earlier? You need this to unlock the terminal in the secret room on the 3rd floor. Once complete, interact with the terminal and lower the elevator to level -1.

In addition to having control over the elevator, the navigator also has a map of where reactors are that the other player needs to throw macabra drinks into - similar to the secret passage challenge earlier but on a much larger scale.

Before beginning, the player doing the platforming might want to get extra drinks to toss onto the elevator. The more drinks you carry, the hard it is to see to platform effectively. Because of this you likely won't want to carry much more than 10 drinks. On level -2 and -3 the drink machine to get more is not until the end of the platforming sections so having some extra in the elevator might be helpful for you.

When ready, start the challenge and quickly navigate to all of the reactors on level -1. The navigator can move the elevator down at any point because there is no fall damage. Once floor -1 is done, jump down the elevator shaft to -2 and complete it and repeat again for -3.

Floor 1

Floor 2

Floor 3

The platforming is non existent on -1 and easy on -2 but becomes more challenging on -3. Try not to wait too many cycles for the rising and lowing platforms because the timer on this challenge is short! You can jump from high platforms down to the low ones and you can make jumps diagonally between platforms.

If you die here you will respawn on -1 but you will need to start the challenge over. The respawn timer will continuously get longer and longer each time to fail as well, so try to be fast but careful.

Once the platforming challenge is done, the navigator will need to quickly type numbers on screen to finish the challenge (similar to the basement unlock challenge with 0's and 1's). If you are both successful the game is over and you will receive the Heroes achievement.
Escapist, Speedrunner & World Record Achievements
If you were super fast you might have achieved one of these achievements! If not, keep practicing and pray to the RNG gods for nice password placement.

These achievements should stack so if you get out with more than 50 "hours" left you should receive the other two at the same time.

Special shout out to my speedrunning partner Striker for assisting me with these ones!

Color Savvy & Color Master Achievements
If you've been following my guide, we only ever opened a door using colour buttons once. Go back to the yellow & purple buttons, or find a red & green / blue & orange and press them 4 more times for Color Savvy and 9 more times for Color Master achievements.

Eyepicker Achievement
Without getting access to the power-up station normally, and with the toxic tide down, throw macabra drinks through the outer windows above the power-up station.

Drunk Achievement
You need to drink 20 macabra drinks so prepare yourself for ultimate pixelation.

I recommend activating the machine for 10 drinks and then throw them all in pile in the corner of the room. Activate the machine for 10 more, dirnk them and angle yourself at the pile of drink you left. Then spam E to drink all of the drinks. If you have trouble, put another 10 drinks in the pile and your pretty much guaranteed to hit enough drinks.
Savior & Collectionist Achievement
You'll want to do a run with both of these at the same time. Why? Because one of the collectables is in the cage where you need to release the prisoner - which earns you the Savior achievement!

Savior
This will likely take a few tries. There is a prisoner located in the shipping containers outside of the motel. There is a big activation button on the outside. You can press this button from ANYWHERE, so don't stand right next to it.

Each player will need to hit 3 targets with macabras within a very short time limit after hitting the activation button. You can consider getting power-ups for this but they are not required.

Here's a general strategy you can try.

Player 1

Head up the shipping containers next to the RV and motel. The first target you need to hit is here.

Next head down the mountain to the right.

The next target is basically right ahead of you.

Now the hard one. Turn left and you will see the last target way in the distance on the mountain. If you jump when you fully charge your throw, it will go a bit farther.

Player 2

Player 2 will be starting the timer by pressing the activation.

I found it easiest to start up the mountain to the left of the activation button and activate it from up there. Then run back down the crate shown in the picture to hit the next target.

Turn left once coming through the crate and look up to see the 2nd target.

Now run, run, run back to the pool and turn left to hit the final target on the mountain.

Collectionist

For this achievement you need to collect coins through the map. There are 15 total. You can see all of them on the map in room 3!

1. In the prison cell that you just opened for the Savior achievement
2. Drop down from the prison cell, in the middle of the shipping crates next to toxic goo
3. Loop around to the left of the shipping crates
4. Through the hole in the mountains, past the shipping crates and the M on the ground. It's to the left once you're over the bit of the hill (just keep jumping against it and you'll climb it)
5. Under the dock heading back toward the motel
6. Turn right from the dock and look under the palm tree
7. Go back past the dock to the other side and there will be one near a cactus (starting to head up the mountains)
8. Go back down, hugging the left mountain wall and there will be one tucked between a cactus and the half wall (near the motel)
9. Head around that wall and in the left corner beside the fence is a coin
10. Go out the fence and go left. On the mountain near that super hard target is another coin
11. Now trek across behind the billboard the opposite way for the next coin
12. Head back through the fence and go around the shipping crates near the RV wedged between the wall and the crates
13. Climb the shipping crates you're next to and instead of heading towards the 1st target for the Savior achievement, head towards the 2nd but hug the right mountain wall. The coin is tucked in a nook here.

14. Go back to the motel and look in the pallets near the blue terminal. The coin is tucked in here.
15. Crouch using C to head into the basement and the coin is in one of the corners (no jumping required).
Special Thanks
Thank you to Kaitirex for being my partner in this game and helping me take screenshots and test my guide.

HUGE thank you to Striker for helping me with the speedrun but also Eyepicker, Savior and Collectionist achievements. Credit for the Savior strategy goes to them!

Thanks to Bron99 for gifting me the game and the Dev for making a unique experience.

Let me know if you find any errors! I'm missing some screenshots but I think most don't really enhance the guide. I might go back and get them later.
