How to install Mods in Slime Rancher 2

How to install Mods in Slime Rancher 2:

Step 1: Go to https://www.nexusmods.com/slimerancher2 to find Mods that you want to install. (NOTE: you have to install this https://github.com/LavaGang/MelonLoader for the Mods to work)

Step 2: When you've found a Mod that you want to install, simply press the "FILES" button, after that the "MANUAL DOWNLOAD" button and at the end press the "SLOW DOWNLOAD".

Step 3: After you installed the file you'll need to unzip it. after you've unzipped it place the .dll file that you got after unzipping it, into the Mods folder that you can find by right clicking Slime Rancher 2 in the Steam library, clicking Properties > Local Files > Browse Local files.

Step 4: Launch the game and enjoy your modded adventure!

also forgot to add that some mods may be outdated or incompatible with the current game version, but thats the mod creators choice to fix it. very importantly, please dont harass them and be patient for them to update the mod(s)

@VermillionVance if its not working it could be that some changes in the game make it not work. im not an expert but i would say to make sure your game and the rest of the mod things are up to date, otherwise do some research online. ive used this guide in the past and it worked, so it could be due to new updates or outdated files causing it not to work
