Mallcrasher in 3 Minutes

Mallcrasher is by FAR the easiest heist in the game (on par with Four Stores), but learning exactly what to destroy can be tough, especially when trying to hold off against wave after wave of police, so hopefully this guide should teach you the fastest way to complete Mallcrasher.

Quick Note...

Hi, I'd just like to take this moment and say that this is acutally my first guide, so it's likely going to be kinda bad really, but I hope you enjoy it anyway and actually learn something from it.
Anyway, on with the guide.

Requirements

Yes, I am being serious. Most people use gas cans, but we're not going to use them. If anything they're a waste of money (unless you're doing Death Wish, in which case I understand the fire camping glitch is useful, but it's still not necessary).
All you're going to need are grenades, and to get grenades you need the Gage Weapon Pack #01 DLC, which means if you don't have the DLC don't follow this guide, as it won't help you at all.

Start The Heist!

The first thing you want to do is put on your mask. Yes, as soon as you start. This allows you to sprint from the get-go which, if you have the sprinting perks, is incredibly useful. Now what you want to do is sprint into the mall and go to the second store on the right. This should be the cosmetics store, and all you need to do is bounce a grenade from the roof into the center, or try and throw a grenade into the center of the room, it's really up to you.
NOTE: Civilians WILL die in the blast when you do this, so if you're on Overkill get prepared for a big hit to your cash. So long as you loot as much as you can though, the penalty shouldn't make much of a difference, even while playing solo.

Second Floor Mayhem

The second floor is where the most stuff goes down. After throwing the grenade inside the Cosmetics Store what you want to do is instantly sprint up the escalators. Now go over to the Jewelry Store, and repeat the process again. Throw the grenade into the center of the room, and leave.
Now head to the Car Store.
This time you want to throw the grenade into a very specific place, you want to throw it about on line with the end of the sign, as can be seen in this picture:
This sign is to the right of the door from when you enter. If you get good practice you should be able to just walk through the door, turn 90 degrees, throw a grenade and leave without worrying about the grenade going too far, but it's good to learn the grenade arcs before you do this.
Now if you followed the instructions and the grenades went into the correct places, you should've hit that $50,000 mark with those three grenades. If you have hit the mark now, you can go open the ATM's and rob the Jewelry Store.

Grenades Not Working?

If the grenades didn't hit the target, then you may need to move the placement slightly, but I find that these placements work all the time. In the offchance that it didn't work, all you need to do is smash a few of these bad boys:
These take the money total through the roof, so smash a few of those and you should be at the target now.

ATM's

This guide isn't going to teach you all the ATM locations, but I thought it was worth noting that if you're doing this solo and you have two ECM Jammers on you, there are a couple of ATM's that spawn inside a room that looks like this:
This room spawns on the first floor around the middle on the left side, so go get your money!

Conclusion

If you get the placements down, you should be able to complete the heist exactly on the three minute mark. I think it's quite a decent way of completing Mallcrasher, and it only takes about thirty seconds to hit the required target, with the only money lost being that of civilian casualties. Please note that I recorded this video when I was still refining the process, the ECM at the start just wastes time and makes you LOSE money, and the placement of my grenades wasn't quite right. I completed the heist at about 3:25, so you can see how this is quite a fast method.

adhesive grenades are your best option, but if you don't have them just use a grenade launcher and it should give you the same results. worked perfectly for me :)

got it first try with a lmg, commando rocket launcher and grenades. turns out you dont have to prioritize store when you have 3 nades and a 4 chamber rpg

Me too man, always 2 to 5 seconds late when he says at 45 seconds that he will come in 2 minutes, stop lying stupid game, come in 2 mins or just im coming in 2 mins 30 seconds. I need 12 more achievements and this seems like the easiest but its not. If they want me to stop playing this is a good way.

Is it physically possible to solo this? I just got 50k in 40 seconds and he came in like 5 seconds late. I need this achievement for the end and I can't get it

Whenever I get the 50k at about 45 seconds, the heli comes in late. Maybe I need more practice...
