Welcome!
Welcome dear achievement hunter! Be warned, there are some (probably) major spoilers here. Best of luck and apologies if this is oddly written, it's my first guide.
Requirments
For this achievement it is best to be in crippling debt, or as poor as possible. This will help with Sam and Clarissa as you'll lose the house and your mother to the Transition Centre. You'll still be able to get Suzie on her trip! So, be broke and normally aim to side with Disrupt as its helpful in ending Charlie.
Your Inlaw - Chris
Chris, your dear in law will come bursting into your home. If you want to get rid of them, give them your passport, no questions asked. During the bombings ordered by Advance, they will be blown up. Once you give them your passport, that's the last you'll hear of them and the first character is down!
Your Daughter - Suzie
Suzie, your sweet daughter who dreams of seeing the world. She will approach you and ask you to pay for her trip so she can travel. Even if you are broke, make sure to select that you'll make the funds up somehow. Similar to Chris, during the bombings ordered by Advance, she will be blown up.
Your Mother - Ruth
To end your mother, simply send her to the Transition Centre, no matter your wealth status. She's right up there with Chris on how easy to get rid of. Congrats, your mother is gone!
Your Son - Charlie
Recent Update: Charlie in my eyes was the hardest to get rid of so I've added a step-by-step-ish guide for anyone who wants help! To get Charlie to die, you need Advance to be highly suspicious of you or for him to die in The Night Of Fire. If you're Pro-Disrupt, then one way or another, Charlie will be meeting his end soon. Thank you to the comments for pointing this out!

Way One - The Way I Did It:

OVERVIEW: Make Advance suspicious so they take away your son.

1) Be completely pro-Disrupt, make Advance hate your guts. Very important!

2) When Charlie sneaks out to his friends house, drag him back home. You can scold him for his actions in the car if you'd like, I don't believe it has any effect.

3) On day 98, Charlie will approach you very excited and ask that you sign him up for the Go-Getters. Allow him to sign up!

4) When Jeremy Donaldson gives you the tape and tells you to play it at the second ad break, do as he says.

5) Charlie will be furious that you did that and no matter what you say he will storm off. I recommend having a high relationship with Sam so they supports your choice too, but that's not required.

6) On day 850, Charlie will come to you very excited about the chance of becoming a CCM (Cohesion Community Manager). The first dialogue option doesn't matter but after that immediately support him and select "That's great news Charlie! We're all so proud of you!" He'll be happy and you'll go for takeout.

7) On day 912, follow at least 2/3 of Alan's instructions including framing Julia and Peter in a poor light, focusing on the right symbols/completing codes, and censoring when the orange appears. Alan and Advance will get into a battle and he'll live thanks to you, but your sons hops and dreams will die. Speaking of...

8) Day 989 has rolled around and hopefully Advance is suspicious of you (AKA hates your guts), your son is in the Go-Getters, and Charlie isn't dead yet, YET. Advance will come to your home and take Charlie away to Betterment where he will die. Congrats, there goes your son!

Way Two - Make Charlie Love Disrupt:

OVERVIEW: Be pro-disrupt without fully joining them to avoid attending the Night of Fire. Deny your son from joining Advance while almost always belittling/babying him to build up his rebellion to make him go to the Night Of Fire.

1) Since you're giving Chris your passport, tell Sam that nothing is happening and they should go back to bed. They'll be appreciative of you for helping their sibling and they'll be on your side, keep it that way!

2) Drag Charlie back home form his friends house and scold him for leaving.

3) When Charie asks to join the Go-Getters, deny him from joining. If your relationship with Sam is still high, they will not sign his permission slip either, stopping him from joining the Go-Getters.

4) By day 199, Charlie has joined Disrupt.

5) When Jeremy asks you to play the Disrupt tape at the second break, do as he says. Charlie will be in support and your rebellion will also go up.

6) Day 305 if everything is going well then Charlie will walk into the house totally drunk. If your apart of Disrupt, he'll tell you that at least he's making changes instead of being a coward behind a screen. You can continue to baby him or tell him that everyone sees what you do (which will garner respect from him).

7) When Suzie and Chris get blown up, go against Advance and support Sam and Disrupt. It's also implied that due to their deaths, Sam joins Disrupt as well.

8) Do not attend the Night Of Fire, but do not stop Charlie from attending either. You will receive a call from a CCO informing you of his passing. Congrats, your son is dead in a second way!
Your Spouse - Sam
THE HARDEST TO GET RID OF. In order to have the option to kill Sam, everyone else must also be gone. Despite what I'd said earlier, it seems you don't have to be broke to do this and that this will always occur with Sam if everyone else is dead on day 2303. Thank you to Koopa for the correction!

One night, Sam will arrive at the flat completely drunk. Do not invite them inside and instead kick them out for the night/get them a cab. They'll storm off and drive themselves elsewhere, crashing and dying. Congratulations, everyone you love is gone!
Congratulations, You Have The Achievement!
Now that everyone close to you has met an unfortunate fate, you get that shiny achievement! Congrats, and best of luck for the rest of your journeys! If there's anything that I've missed or if you have any questions, feel free to let me know in the comments.
Updates Log
If you see any mistakes, please let me know and I will fix them as soon as I can!

1) Added that no matter what you do, if you're a fan of Disrupt, Charlie will die (to my knowledge).
2) Fixed Chris's name and pronouns that I has messed up (originally written as Craig)
3) Put characters into chronological order of deaths
4) Fixed the mother's name from Cassandra to Ruth

Huh! I didn't know that could happen! That's so cool!

I'm supporting Disrupt, but I didn't attend the Night of Fire. I got Charlie's lighter to show up on the news, yet he's still alive, this is so weird

Late to reply, but really? Same here! I was patting my back the whole time before Suzie and Chris like, "Man! I'm so good at this!"

Wait, really? I didn't know that! Thanks for adding!

I just wanted to correct that, you always get the dialogue option to kill sam on day 2303 as long as the rest of the family is dead, you can kick them out of the house if divorced, or offer to call a taxi if you're still together.

Thank you, and sorry if I got that bit wrong!

I'm confused a bit about how you get the " Chippy's lighter " achievement, but the route I remember was to let Charlie go to his friends, then everything else listed in way 2. I know it happens if day 305 is acknowledged.

Thank you, I'll fix that! Happy I could be of some help!

The mothers name is Ruth Winston, revealed in the background on the grave when you get the achievement. This guide was very helpful and saved me an extra play through, thank you so much!
