I will probably be doing one for Abdullah later, if only for completeness' sake.
For the cargo thing, I tend to do the least modifications since I tend to lost time on these screens. I'll add it to the list of tests though, as I don't know if it's a net time save in the end.
For the light keel, Shashuans have some. I just found that recently and will add that to the guide.
For the sail switches, I'll check it. I'm unsure if the time you gain is worth having to put the guns of and put them back, but that's something to test. I'll add that to the list to do when actually doing runs.
Some feedback:
You don't need 50 cargo till you are in Gia Ding, so you can take more supplies to get there. Might be worth mentioning, because i wasnt entirely sure why you'd have 50 cargo available earlier.
I was unlucky to get the light keel in Japan, so i did missions around Calicut/Muscat instead of Japan to get one.
For long trips it might be good to switch shrapnel to sails and put a crewman down from lookout when not needed. at least for the trip around africa or north around russia back.
The new world route wasnt in London for me, i had to Genoa (also picked up Maltim there) and go via Lisbon - San Juan
noticed two minor spelling errors:
*bask --> in back map room chapter
*broading --> in final chapter
I was super lucky with the Nassau fight, i just went in there to the flagship, boarded it and my Samurai defeated the captain in a single swipe in a duel winning it instantly.
Took me around 4-5ish hours casually
