There is a very easy glitch for the speedrun trophy I did on PS5:
1. Finish the game once and make sure you unlock Speedrun mode.
2. Turn off the game and disconnect from the internet.
3. Start a new game in a new slot with the “Speedrun mode” setting turned off.
4. When you are in control of your character go to Game Settings and turn “Speedrun mode” on.
5. Enter tutorial and skip it.
6. Finish the first level.
7. When you are back in the hub world, go to Game Settings and turn off “Speedrun mode”
8. Play through the rest of the game until after the theater show in the fourth and last level “Feather Theater”.
9. Before you enter the orange portal door to the hub world, go to Game Settings and turn on “Speedrun mode”.
10. Go through the door and the trophy will pop during the cinematic/credits regardless of the time on the speedrun clock. Mine was 1 hour and 26 minutes and I got the trophy.
Hope this helps!
