This addon will allow you to have a Pokémon Trainer follow you around wherever you go.

So, I noticed that there's a BUNCH of Pokémon playermodels out there, and it got me sort of thinking....if you are one of those people using a Pokémon avatar/playermodel, have you ever wanted a Pokémon trainer to accompany you on your adventures as a Gmod Pokémon? Well, now you can.

This addon is more of a proof of concept, and the animations are kind of jank still, but maybe I'll polish it up more some time in the future. For now, what you see is what you get.

I chose Red because he's iconic, but at the same time, generic enough to fit in whatever situation you can dream up. Maybe you wanna role-play as a pokemon and trainer duo. Maybe you wanna pretend that you're the trainer, and you're just reeeeaaaalllly good at making the pokemon do exactly what you tell it to do. Maybe you just enjoy being accompanied by Red. Maybe you wanna pretend that it's actually Ash Ketchum, and you're taking part in his adventures. Whatever the case, I hope this addon serves you well.

Yeah, it sucks that it's dependent on two addons, but the red playermodel addon is pretty light. I might get in touch with the original owner and see if I can't get his permission to include the model in my addon so you don't have to download it, but we'll see.

There is one bug with this addon, and it's not my fault. It's the base that has this issue, and it's the categories not showing up, like Humans, Artic Animals, Pet Animals, etc. Just reload your map and it should work. If you have any questions, leave a comment and I'll do my best to respond.
