On Packanack small if the boathouse is at the top of the map(which is what the red arrow is pointing to), the shack is guaranteed to be at the other location, the shack cannot spawn at the top of the map if the boathouse is there.

-rep guide is not helpful. Those are not the correct shack locations. It is an illusion.
