"Now listen. One time I was on the way home and felt my shoe getting stuck to the ground. I thought it was a piece of gum only to look down and realize it was a Slime! I kicked the thing into the river off the bridge in town." -Brian The Carpenter

Small, round, and pink with a joyful look on them, it is easy to see that Slimes are not much of a fight. Don't underestimate them though. One can easily tackle you if you are not on your guard. Not much is know how they reproduce however. Many top educators have theories but the most widely accepted is that they tend to grow too large and split into four new slimes when the time is right. As for the joyful yet sometimes creepy smile they have, it is not thier face but the jelly in thier body forming to what looks like a face so they can communicate with other Slimes.

"Beware of the monster that lives among the Eld Forrest. With eyes red as a fire's blaze and a body's blue hue that rivals the ocean itself. Slime King Boolood will eat us all!" - Old Man Jeecard (crazy old codger)

I'm sure everyone has listened or at least heard Old Man Jeecard's rants about a huge slime that is blue and evil. He is just spouting lunicy but there is some truth in what he says. There are huge slimes that are rarely seen but they are not blue. The thing is no one actually knows how the slimes reproduce but they just appear in great number. That was until recently. My team and I found a huge slime but stayed back to observe it instead of attacking it. What we found was that slimes do not actually reproduce in the traditional manner but split into smaller slimes. So for example there are different size slimes. It turns out slimes keep growing for some reason until they are too big to hold together. Once they reach this threshold they split into four smaller slimes. Until they do though bigger slimes tend to have all of the same traits as regular slimes but have a more sturdy build to them for taking damage.
