(WIP) Halo Reach: Chief and Cortana voice in campaign

Ever wanted your spartan to talk in the campaign during gameplay?
Well now he/she will and what better voices to have than Chief's and Cortana's!

This mod replaces the male spartan voice with Chief's voice and female spartan voice with Cortana's voice.

It's still work in progress but the campaign is fully playable.

Mod is untested for coop but i don't see a reason for it to not work as long as everyone playing has it.

Map pictures and rally points are missing, there is 1 rally point for each map but they are most likely not one of the vanilla ones but i will fix all that when i can.
