Intro
Ever since I finished customizing my profile I wanted to take things further and started customizing my Steam Deck. This is a work in progress and soon I plan to upload videos to show how it actually looks in action + more library game collections of my top favorite JRPG games in this all-in-one dream device. I also plan on showcasing my full custom Steam Profile onto here.

Here is a clip of how it looks when starting up my dual boot Steam Deck with accessories attached to it.

Steam Deck specifications
Originally I pre-ordered the 256gb version so I was given the exclusive neon theme. I knew I wanted to take full advantage on that theme given how my profile looks right now. ^^ Since then I've upgraded to a 2tb internal nvme ssd which can currently only be purchased online as far as I'm aware.

Before I get into my specs I want to point out that all my game storage drives are formatted in BTRFS format. If you're unaware what that is, its basically a file system that takes advantage on compression that can be read by SteamOS and Windows 11 (after installing Win drivers). That means I only need to install my games 1 time on these drives and it can be played by both operation systems of my choosing! Of course that all depends on each specific game and their compatibilities. Also, emulation games are also shared thanks to Emudeck for both SteamOS + Windows thanks to same file folder structures. Seriously, having Emudeck is a must to make playing emulated games that much easier! Everything is already pre-configured for automatic play. Just note that Windows 11 Emudeck is currently in beta phase and only available to Patron subscibers.

With all my attachable accessories this is my current specs:
(Total shared game storage on the go between SteamOS and Windows 11: 12 TB)

-2TB Internal SSD (500gb SteamOS, 500gb Windows 11, 1tb BTRFS shared game storage)
-1tb micro sd (BTRFS shared game storage)

-attachable usb-c hub with built-in internal nvme hd slot (4tb nvme ssd 2280 in BTRFS format for shared game storage)
usb-c hub also includes dual monitor display 4k (hdmi+display port) at 60hz, 3 USB 3.0 ports, 1 usb-c data port, 1 usb-c charging port, 1 gigabit ethernet port, 3.5 mm headphone jack and sd/micro card reader

-external WD elements drive 5tb formatted in BTRFS for shared game storage

-Deckmate mounting kit with 2x universal pucks used (very sturdy)
comes with kickstand attachment, VESA mount, wallmount, 2 extra micro sd storage holders

-USB-C (0.5inch) cable, 100W, 20GBPS data transfer speeds, connected from Steam Deck to USB-C hub
-2x USB-C right angle adapters, 240W, 40GBPS fast charge
-1x USB-C magnetic adapter 100W connector
Pic showcase
This is my Steam Deck with a custom skin applied and a clear shell attached

Backside of my Deck which shows Raiden Shogun and Kokomi from Genshin Impact! It's why I love this skin! ^^ Also matches with my current profile theme!

My dual boot screen once you turn on device. I customized the Evelynn background pic and resized it so it aligns perfect with my SteamOS and Windows icon

Steam menu when you hit the Steam button

Windows login screen once you choose the Windows 11 icon from boot menu

Windows 11 custom animated background of Yae Miko. Custom purple taskbar thanks to Stardock Deskscapes and WindowBlinds11

Backside of my case with Deckmate grip attached

1 side of my USB-C hub/nvme enclosure with mounting puck attached

Other side of my USB-C hub which shows Deckmate adapter to clip another attachment. Also shows where I would insert the nvme drive

What it looks like with my USB-C hub/enclosure attached to the back of my Steam deck. Still very light to me when I take it on the go!

External WD Elements 5tb with another mounting puck attached. This is what's used to clip onto the Deckmate adapter on my USB-C hub

What it looks like with my external drive attached to the back of my USB-C hub. Surprisingly still feels light to me when I take it on the go!

More angles to show my Deck when everything is attached and on the go. What I love about this is no excess cables show thanks to my perfect lengh .5inch cable and right angle usb-c adapters which allows my to tuck and hide cable behind the other accessories. ^^

Main reason I love customizing all this for my Steam Deck is because I love putting all my top favorite games (mainly JRPG) on my portable device! Game which were exclusive to other platforms, in this case Xenoblade Chronicles 3 I can put here so this device is literally an ultaimte all-in-one gaming device! More to showcase later too ^^

Steam Deck boot videos (part 2)
My entire main Steam profile page!
This is the current look of my profile page as of 3/25/23. From what I've seen, I firmly believe I have the most elaborate page (and longest without any troll empty space) given the fact that I am using nearly every meaningful showcase that there is available: 36/40 (not including deadweight showcases like Salien stats, rarest achievements, Steam replay and awards showcases that are uncustomizable thus adding no value to the neon anime theme), having a full collection of amazing animated artworks, maximizing color usage like badges, completionist, videos, guides, achievements, well decorated and aligned info boxes, a profile mini-game for all you die hard anime/jrpg fanatics, and a hefty artwork roster collection of characters from Genshin Impact that I spent tons of $$ to acquire for 5 stars and grinded harcore for over a year now!

I've been building on my main profile for about 2 years now, coming up with new ideas on what to showcase here and there and thanks to the Steam Deck, I feel I can expand even further with theme customization to coincide with my profile theme!

Another use for my commissioned animated artworks
So since my artworks are special to me, I wanted to showcase other uses for them since they pretty much are also live wallpapers! So why not also put them to good use and showcase them on my new top tier Samsung S23 Ultra phone! (This is also why I will always choose Samsung over Apple iPhones any day!)
